individual House, quiet , spacey, easy to park , clean, facility /furniture nicely maintained . with swimming pool but not heated, but would be a great value adding in summer , love the Barrique place!

onwer claimed to have a heated pool, but he didn’t heat the pool as promised . before traveling I have written clearly that they have to heat the pool and I booked such a remote place only for the purpose of the heated pool and I agree to pay addition 35€ per day but he used the Spanish way to fail the promised. he pretended to forget and it was unclear at the first 2 days of our stay. and then start to promoting the energy crisis bullish. simply unwilling to confess that there is not enough power for the set up of that house to offer heated pool, so it is a fake promotion ! and they only offered 3 small roll of single layer toilet paper for a whole family staying for 5days ! no kitchen paper, facility from kitchen rather poor and cheap stuffs . be careful of the toaster , it’s a safety hazard, make sure you are all time attendance while toasting your bread. no dishwasher , cooking panel hard to operate , washing machine might be 20 years old , falling apart, the whole house has no decent windows only roof windows, makes the whole Hause dark and depressing.

the property is absolutely fantastic. Modern, clean, spacious and with a fabulous swimming pool. In addition, the hosts were always available and friendly.

Just an excellent location and a very clean and great place. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Absolutely superb little gem of a place! Cannot recommend more highly. Incredibly warm welcome from the hosts, felt like family! Really responsive throughout. The cottage itself is gorgeous, perfectly designed and high spec and stylish. We thought it had never been stayed in before it was so clean and in good shape. The pool area is fantastic, with stunning views, and heated pool a godsend for wimps like us. Kitchen well kitted out for simple cooking. Local shops to top up either just across the road for essentials or 5 mins walk away for a full supermarket. Liked the quiet village location, thought it may not be for everyone. Puerto Mogan is barely 10 mins drive away if you want somewhere lively for the night, and probably serviceable by taxi. We did not want to leave!

Very quiet and delightful location tucked away up the valley from the more crowded coast. Lovely mixture of traditional building with modern furnishings and very well equipped. The whole place was immaculately clean and "new". The hosts were charming. The inner courtyard with BBQ chimney was fantastic in the evenings and the pool with mountain views was great during the day. Short drives took us into the mountains with fabulous scenery and also to lovely Puerto Mogan.

Very hard to find anything not to like!

A great little find tucked away in the hills in Mogan. Ideally suited for cyclists or walkers looking to the hills but still only 10 minutes drive from the small port. Our hosts, Laura and Juan couldn't have been more helpful.
