The Location and Staff were great, we had problems with our AC not cooling enough on the 12th floor but once they switched us to 4th floor it was better.

- Poor hygiene. - The bathroom smells so bad. - Customer Service are not answering calls, and if they did, they don’t do what you ask for in a quick time. - Bad location = Bad smell & Bad view. - I can rarely see a smile on the staff’s faces, which gave us an impression that we are not welcome. I came with high expectations but it was disappointing to see what I’ve seen.

we stayed for 10 days the staff didn't clean the room as regularly as needed we had to ask for clean sheets and towels the hotel is far from the city center and illidja city center no coffee or restaurants around no public transportation such as bus or train you need a taxi to the city every day because the bus station was far the reception and the breakfast staff were very helpful and nice and answered all of our needs the air condition in the room was very low the breakfast was poor and it was almost the same every day the bed keeps moving in any movement we did in sleeping the view from the top floor is beautiful no luge man to help with the bags

There was no carpeting, so everything was very loud. The slightest movement of the chair caused an echoed loud noise throughout the space. We even heard when the neighbors moved their chairs 🫣
