The size of the room, its facilities, the breakfast quality and quantity were excellent. The location is super, the Horseshoe Bend, the Antelope Canyons and other sites at the East Rim are close.

The hotel wants to be eco friendly and therefore only change the sheets and towel every couple days. I think this is a very good thing. However, during our 3 night stay they did not went to our room once. Not even to made the bed or empty the trash cans. And also if they really want to be environment friendly, they should stop using all the plastic plates , cutlery en cups at breakfast. This is such a waste.

it’s not really a big deal but there’s only one elevator and our room was on the very end which we had to walk over a distance for the elevator.
