This is my new happy place, what a beautiful setting! Close to a local shop and right on the beach - what’s not to like? Thank you, we will be back I hope.

Perfect location! Beautiful view! Fully equipped- one could not wish for more. Just the uninhabited house to left close to total decay is a small minus. We would definitely come back!

This is the second year we have stayed at this lovely property. Very peaceful, lovely environment to relax, cycle and 'get together' as a family.

This beautiful house is literally built on the beach, you can hear the sea it's so relaxing, walk out the patio doors and straight on to a pebble beach just before you dive in the sea. Which we did everyday. There's a little shop selling lots of normal items, milk, sweets, alcohol etc You are in the quietest place ever, yet only 10 mins away from a large selection of shops, Asda, Boots, sports direct, Lidl. We have already booked again for next year.

Check in was very easy and instructions were provided by the host re heating, water etc. I would recommend a stay here.

Lovely property. Really well presented and clean and great location right on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break.

Had a lovely time away. Great to wake up & open the shutters & the beach is literally on your door step. Very well equipped, great Wi-Fi, lovely master bed. Will definitely be happy to comeback for another visit. Thanks Tina.

The location was fabulous and accommodation an excellent beach vacation. Beach walks, swimming in the sea and eating 'al fresco' were daily treats. Tina's place is a great 'staycation'.

It is so nice to wake up, open the doors and walk down the deserted beach into the sea, walk back up and use the hot outside shower! House has been refurbished to a very high spec and is very well equipped with very fast WiFi. The master bedroom upstairs is beautiful. We loved sitting on the giant bean bags on the large decking, watching the sea. All of us loved it and hope to come back! Thanks Tina for a great experience!

House by the sea. What more could you ask for. Fabulous weather, we was so lucky to get it. House was amazing, so clean and tidy. So inviting on our entrance into the house. The wow moment when you opened the shutters to see the the sea. The bean bags to laze on. Lots of fabulous touches. The decor, the bath towels, the bedding. All so well thought off. We had a barbecue in the sunshine. To top it off we had an amazing storm on our last night and it was like we had our own show looking out of the bi fold windows. Thank you Tina fabulous holiday, just what we needed. Great contact with the owner who was very helpful.

Having been cooped up for months in lockdown it was incredible to be able to get away to such a lovely place. The house inside was very clean and tidy and had almost every thing you would need! (Except a microwave but we weren't bothered).The back door and window literally opens up onto a private beach. It's only a stone beach but we appreciated it for what it was! Amazing views along the coast and only a short trip into town for provisions. A perfect get away. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great bungalow with very comfortable accommodation. Loved the outside shower, the huge bean bags and the beautiful views.

We have just come back from a fabulous few days away. The property is perfect- perfect location, perfect facilities and perfect decor. We loved it and will be definitely booking again for next year. The little touches of Molton Brown hand wash and room diffusers is above and beyond other places we have stayed in and the whole property was spotlessly clean. Our teenage boys loved the ‘on beach’ location and were in the sea twice a day - every day! It was so relaxing to sit on the decking in the evening and watch the paddle boarders and boats go by. Thanks Tina for a superb stay.

Fantastic holiday home. Everything you could possibly need. Extremely clean and well furnished. We all had a very enjoyable stay, with sunshine every day. Tides didn’t work quite in our favour so several late evenings & early morning starts on the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holiday home.

From the booking through to end of stay all was great. The property was just perfect and even better than the pictures led us to believe. Will definitely be returning to this property. Definitely 5 stars from us😀�

Fantastic large lounge with panoramic views in both directions of the coast. Exceptional eye for detail in the decor and the extras left for us like reed diffusers, hand wash and hand cream. Comfy sofas and large table to sit around to play the many games available. Not such great views at the front overlooking ugly properties while you're doing the washing up, but the back stepping straight onto the beach from the private decking made up for it. Just a small kiosk in walking distance where you can buy a paper (we didn't go in it so not sure what else it sells) so we drove to Asda on the way to Eastbourne to get our provisions which was not a problem. Great base to explore by car from and nice to come back to the quiet, just the sound of the sea. I would recommend this lovely property.

Fantastic, modern and clean home on the beach. Stunning bedroom with on-suite bathroom upstairs. Breath-taking sea views from bedroom and lounge. Large beanbags were a great touch and used throughout the stay. Very comfortable beds.Enclosed garden (which is great if you have small children) and a gate leading directly onto the beach.

This was our second visit (possibly recommendation enough). The house is lovely and it is situated in a beautiful location. The weather during Easter 2019 was glorious, so we spent much of our time outside on the decking or beach. We know the area quite well and didn't feel the need to go sightseeing. We hope to visit again soon.

We were absolutely thrilled with the house. It’s location on the beach is just perfect and it really is like home from home! We were able to relax immediately and the weather was very kind to us too! We experienced beautiful sunrises and enjoyed lots of walks. We even managed to cook Christmas dinner in the kitchen which is quite small but very well appointed! We will definitely be going back to this lovely home on the beach!!it is superb and we all loved it !! Jayne Allinson

A great location right on the beach. This is one of the best self catering properties that we have ever had the pleasure to visit. The cottage is modern, clean and has excellent facilities. We were lucky with the weather and so did not stray very far (or need to). We would definitely recommend a visit and hope to return ourselves.

We so much did enjoy our stay in this lovely house, well equipped with everything you might need and so many nice details for the perfect maritime touch... Weather was perfect as well - so sunny and nice. We could even go for a swim and had long walks on the beach (bring good shoes to walk on the pebbles). Happy to come back any time :-)
