Rooms and bathrooms not clean. Breakfast buffet lacked variety. Hotel crumbling away.

There was a lot of noice from the hallway and also from the room adjacent to us. Some guests were extremely loud after midnight, which robbed us of our sleep. Also, due to the walls being rather thin, the loud yelling and laughing as well as door slamming can be heard from the room. This may ultimately boil down to the misbehaviour of some guest and also to the inaction of the staff, which are in general, though, really warm and welcoming. The showerhead was also covered in black dirt or similar which was not pleasant at all. What's more, there is a no-smoking policy in the hotel but our room started to smell heavily like smoke, especially in the bathroom. Somebody must have smoked in another room and the smell was transported by the ventilation system. And to sum it, there was a (used) toothbrush on top of the showerwalls - so much for the thorough cleaning effort.

No store / mini market makes us inconvenient , no entertainment like bar cafe

The food. Need major improvement on the food preparation. I have ordered fried rice, but the rice was mushy with less taste. Please varied th menu of the breakfast.

i booked to stay here specifically because “massage” was stated in the spa & wellness part. but when i arrived and asked the staff, turned out there’s no massage service here. disappointed with the misleading info. maybe you should remove that part from booking.com

Location

The road to drive into the resort is dark. room need to renovate . Room is way too old.
