We loved our stay in this condo. It was our 2nd time, and we hope to return.

Condo is well appointed. We appreciate the use of the bikes. It is very difficult to leave such a beautiful place, looking forward to coming back.

Very nice place for a family to stay. Beautiful view off the balconies. Lovely listening to the waves crash on shore during the night. It was cool during our stay so did not need to use the air conditioner and had the patio doors open allowing fresh ocean air to circulate throughout. Be sure to bring kitchen supplies like dish washer detergent , garbage bags, Clorox wipes & what not. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans & utensils as well as other small appliances to use. Also if you plan on doing laundry during your stay, laundry pods are not allowed so will need liquid detergent. Property manager very prompt responding to questions. Very nice pool however not heated so something to be mindful of during the cooler months. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall great experience we will probably continue to rent this property in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Only two complaints, we couldn’t get the cable to work on the downstairs tv and the ice trays need to be replaced. Very minor, overall a great place to stay right on the beach!

Nice condo

Property was everything it said it was, the views from the deck were amazing.The location was within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Host was very helpful . Would definitely stay there again.

Johne place was perfect for our stay. Great communication! We loved the Kayaks, quiet beach, and that view! We have never been so close to the beach. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

The condo was so nice! And the view of the ocean from our balcony was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, not busy like Destin. Small town so my daughter and her friend were able to ride the bikes around town and shop. Everyone was really friendly.

The place was even better than the pictures! So cute and nicely decorated and loved all the extra beach items they supplied us with. Thanks for a fantastic time!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - the condo was very clean and nicely appointed. We appreciated the extra fans and the shelving in the kitchen that we used for a pantry. This was an affordable and family-friendly option that was right in the middle of the island, with a wonderful beachfront view.

We had a great time in SGI. Had not been in many years and it has changed A LOT! It's much more crowded than I ever remember- even for the 4th. But it was a great time none the less. The property was clean and the beds were GREAT- which is huge for us! The fans provided were very nice as there were no overhead ones. We did not have one hiccup with check in, nor anything in the condo- however, the bike pump needs to be replaced. We didn't need to use it for the bikes but wanted to blow up a float with it and it is bent- so it's very hard to use- we gave up. The kayaks were awesome and so fun! Nice extras. We rented a golf cart which was great! Make sure you book ahead. And as previous renters have said, be prepared for a workout everyday with the steps- you'll have to go up to level 3 for the restroom. I didn't mind it, but it could be cumbersome for certain people. Overall, great place to stay and we enjoyed our time very much.

The place was great! Just don’t recommend if you have small children. It was stressful to make sure the babies didn’t hurt the glass coffee, end and dining tables. Other than that, I highly recommend! It was a great rental.

Great stay. Lots of room. Right on the beach with easy access and board walk. Grandkids loved the pool. Lots of stairs so if that’s a concern you might want to stay elsewhere. Suggest planning early dinners by 5:00 to avoid the crowds.

Second time to stay in Unit G6. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Very clean condo and great access to the beach. Great location and you can walk to most of the restaurants on the island. Will be back!

We loved this condo! It was clean, comfortable, right on the beach, well appointed and beautifully decorated. We are ok with stairs, but others may not be. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and other businesses. We’d definitely return.

Was great location and nice property. A few things I would address, need a bigger sign or warning about watching step out to balconies, everyone in our party tripped going in and out. The small sticker on the door is barely noticeable. There are no ceiling fans or ceiling lights in living room and bedrooms. There aren’t enough towels and only had one dish cloth and two dish towels. No ice maker. But these were minor issues and we really enjoyed our stay

The location of this condo is perfect! Great view of the ocean and you can walk to almost every place to eat.

Nice Villa and an easy relaxing vacation

Great view of the ocean. Can walk to everything in town. The condo provided everything we needed. A absolutely wonderful time. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks John for being on top of things.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villas. The pool was wonderful. Easy beach access and walking distance to shops and food. We didn’t get to use the kayaks or bikes but I liked that we had them as an option. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
