There was nothing to like about the property unfortunately! It operated with a different name to what was advertised on booking.com

My experience at the pent house was a nightmare. First, the location was very difficult to find as it was advertised as HGTV featured 3bd-3ba Central Loft Apartment on booking.com. Whereas it was actually known as Peyton place because of security reasons which shows they are not to be trusted. It took us about 30 minutes to find where it was after asking around the neighbourhood and phoning the host. After we eventually arrived at the apartment we found the place was not ready and was still being cleaned after 1 hour 30 minutes after check in. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm and we still found it not ready 5.30pm. We check all the rooms which was still not clean and the smell was awful. It put us off staying at the place. We mentioned to the host Chanti that we cant stay here and she stated the cleaner can stay by continuing to clean the apartment. This was not acceptable and we left immediately. We ended up not staying at the apartment and found a nice lodges at the top of blue mountain. Unfortunately, I tried several times with booking.com and with Chanti for a full refund, they refused to give this to me. The customer service was extremely poor. I would recommend them for sure. It was the only negative we found with our trip to Jamaica where we had an amazing time in the country.

Water pressure was a little low, but this was because Kingston had not received any rain for a couple of weeks. But the host advised me before I arrived.

Parking is OK. Security is all right.

There is no water upstairs. Some air-con in the bedroom is not working. Poor condition.
