I’m affraid I have to report that the property was run down and not suited to a family of 8. As for Myspace staff no interest in our needs and our complaints to the office and even cut the call off ( so rude and unprofessional. The property needs to be visited by staff and the advertising corrected.

We were assured when following up on a previous negative review right before we visited that everything was "fixed", It WAS NOT! Door from bedroom into living room doesn't close since the bed hits into the door, air conditioning is not large enough to cool apt. Upstairs bedroom & bath can only be used by very short persons since not a full sized room (and not A/C). Master Bath faces into a courtyard with full windows but blinds are old and not functioning so privacy is an issue. The apt. was dirty and looked like it hadn't been given a good cleaning in years, half of the light bulbs were burnt out. Finally, getting the keys for check in required a taxi ride and they only were able to allow 1 key for 6 adults. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

Our group of 7 adults had a great time at this property in the heart of the Eixample. The apartment fits the neighborhood and has some lovely features, just as shown in the photos, but also some significant issues: the upstairs bedroom and bath have only 5-foot ceilings and no air conditioning, the master bath is on a balcony that can only be made private by closing numerous windows and doors and some of the kitchen cabinetry is broken. The kitchen is sparsely equipped with not even a corkscrew or dish towels. The washer/dryer is a single unit that does not really dry clothes. The furnishings overall were a bit dilapidated. This all may be fine - and even charming - for many guests, but it should be taken into account when booking this property, especially for a family vacation.

This apartment is really damaged. Multiple door handles are missing or broken. One of the bathrooms doesn't lock. The kitchen cabinets fall off the hinges. There is no dish soap. There was no toilet paper or paper towels. There are no hand towels. The remotes didn't have batteries. It's dirty, the floors need to be mopped. We got shocked trying to turn on a bedside lamp. Also, the bedside lamp upstairs doesn't turn on. I can go on, I got locked in the bathroom after the door handle fell off in my hand. The showers are insanely low - you have to crouch to get your head wet - and I'm average height. The upstairs bedroom has a five-foot ceiling. Really disappointing, especially given how expensive this place was - we at least expected basic amenities and working cabinets. The people renting to us were of no help, they said they'd send a handy man to fix things, which was laughable because so much needs fixing - but obviously that never happened. They asked us to send pictures to their whatsapp but never responded to our messages.

The flat was spacious with room for a large group. The location is perfect and walkable to everything!

This was a last-minute, one night stay and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Lovely apartment, very clean and modern rooms, and amenities, Close to restaurants and bars and located in the city center, i highly recommend it.

Please read this. We booked this property 8 months in advance. We traveled from the US to Spain. The night before we arrived we were contacted by this company telling us there was a leak in the property we rented. They offered us a different property to stay in. We felt we had no other choice but to accept it, as we had paid in full, including a deposit and we were arriving the following day. Upon arriving we were not given a tour of the property, just asked to sign a paper saying we'd pay if we lost the card key to get in. During our three day stay, we had no hot water- NONE! The sinks and showers did not drain and the one shower overflowed into the bathroom. There was no tv remote, no hairdryer. The front door would not close unless you slammed it serval times. There were no blinds on the front bedroom windows. The windows were paper thin and the street extremely noisy. There were no fitted sheets, just a flat sheet and a throw on an old black mats which were on wood crates- totally uncomfortable. We were told we could park in the parking garage close by. The place they told us to park only allowed one day parking- not three day. So that was another issue. The wood floors were bowed up due to water damage and were a trip hazard. The freezer was frozen solid- it was solid ice. When we brought up the issues to the rental company, they did not respond for 10 hours and then asked if they could come over at 9 pm when were in bed to fix stuff. Seriously? I took pictures, kept record of emails and whatsapp conversations. The property they put us in was 8460042ha. I scrolled through the reviews of that property and found I was not the only one this happened to. I have never had a problem with VRBO. I have always left 5 star reviews with great details on the property and the area around the property. I hope this saves someone from what we experienced. When you save up to take a once in a life time trip to Spain and get these accommodations and customer service instead, it really stinks. Please do not book with My Space Barcelona or Barcino Inversions or Apartment Rentals.

Found some dust - not critical. In terms of comfort - every evening one of the rooms smelled really bad.

Impeccable apartment, clean, very well located, all new design, very friendly staff, super comfortable and wide beds, has all the kitchen utensils and no detail is missing. The location was perfect because it is close to the Paseo de Gracia and the center of the city.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The situation was great. Near the metro and many touristic attractions. The owner was very kind. The apartment was elegant and clean and tidy.

excellent apartment to be in the city centre, we were able to walk everywhere we want it to! the building is on a shopping street which is ideal. many of the main attractions in the city are nearby. the apartment was classic and chic, we loved our stay.

The apartment has the perfect location to visit the whole city, right on the door of the building your will find restaurants and many interesting Spanish stores. As for the apartment itself, even though it is located in the city centre the apartment itself is not loud. The apartment is beautiful and it seems it is a typical old Spanish décor. The girl at the front desk was polite and helpful, she went our and beyond to support us with all our requests. Thank you for a lovely stay in Barcelona.

Location was amazing and the hosts were very kind. Clothes washer worked great. You can walk to anything you need. Vibrant street right out your door but quiet in the apartment.
