it was the perfect location and so close to everything. The view was lovely and let in so much sun from our room. There is a terrace on the top floor which was so nice to do work on as the sun was setting. the bed was also big and very very comfy.
The main issues I would say is that we never saw anyone in reception, so when checking out had to run over to the sister hotel -2 minutes away- to hand off the card. it can also get loud at periods of the day as the doors of the balcony aren't soundproof. these don't deter us tho and we are sure to come back at some point.

The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and the location is ideal for those that want to walk to all of the major attractions.
Everything was perfect.

Very clean and cozy room. The location is awesome. Max 10 minutes to the all main sightseeings. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby.
The only inconvenience was the absence of WIFI and windows in the room. Because of the lack of windows it was stuffy and humid

The Staff, room and cleanliness were all excellent. The room is tiny, fine if you're just seeking a room for the night (not if you like to spend time in the room). Quiet and very good location, very close to the Cathedral and bars/restaurants down the street.
There was a Terrible smell from the drains in the bathroom, especially at night time. Paper thin walls between the rooms. The room next door to ours left the bathroom fan on all night (very loud) so we couldn't sleep. It was a tough call wondering whether to leave our noisy bathroom fan on all night or not, sleep over smell debate.

the location
really thin walls and the bed was a bit too hard

nice, clean, good location, big room, big bathrooms
the noise, my beautiful room had balcony but i didn’t realize that would be a problem, the restaurants throw away the trash early in the morning and the sound of the bottles in the dumpster was so bad, too much noise, i would recommend an interior room, the other part of my family where in a 4 bedroom (super big) interior room and it was perfect for them

Lovely room and in the heart of the city centre. Comfortable bed and room cleaned with fresh towels every day.
Poor communication from the hotel/ booking agent. You are expected to have a smart phone and email contact until you arrive. Whilst I do have a smart phone I don't always receive my emails straight away, so after arriving an hour later than expected due to the 3 nearest car parks being closed, we arrived at the designated pickup point for our keys to find it closed. Luckily I found a contract number on the original booking and phoned to be told by the lady I now had to go to another pick up point. By this time we had been walking around Seville for an hour with our bags so not happy. Whilst the room was clean and tidy the towels could do with replacing. ☹

Location - 2 min walk to cathedral.
No reception in site, you must walk to their sister hotel to check in, this reception also closes at 6pm.
Room has Large floor to ceiling window that looks into a courtyard, it is looking into other hotel rooms. I had to leave blind down the entire time. Blind didn't reach the floor.

Very close to the cathedral which is beautiful. It was nice to admire if of a night when you pop up to the rooftop terrace. Bed was comfy & aircon worked well! Room service made our bed, so that was lovely! The insides had a strong air freshener - which I quite liked & added to the quaintness of the building.
There were a couple of little hiccups, some may have just been our room, others way be better.
- The main one being the swipe access to the doors was not straightforward… you swipe to access & if you don’t swipe perfectly it will lock you out for 1-2 mins before letting you try again (multiple times this happened).
- The check in isn’t far from the main hotel, but the streets are all pedestrian only cobblestone… so in the heat with suitcases this wasn’t ideal.
- We had an internal window which was fine except it had to have the blinds closed 90% down as there is a void which if people stood at the balcony they can see into your room (aka. Blinds down or get changed in the bathroom if you want privacy).
- The shower is tiny & if you’re not careful it will start to spill into the bathroom floors, the door to the bathroom doesn’t fully close so you’ll hear each other use the toilet if you’re sharing & if you open the door fully it locks open & it’s hard to get it to close again.
- The acoustics aren’t great, so not great for a light sleeper.
- However, with all that said it is an incredibly affordable price for the location… so no frills,y but great if you’re planning to spend most of the day out!

Everything was amazing, bed was the most comfortable I've slept in so far, shower and bathroom were great, and perfect location in Sevilla (beautiful view from the bed room windows!)
Nitpicking a little, but the rooftop terrace was a bit neglected, and besides a few photos there's not much reason to be up there. Also the street was a little noisy at night, but not to the degree I've seen others complain about. I doubt you'll find anywhere in the Old Town without that problem in this city, but blame the tourists, not the hotel!

But at least the AC worked just fine and it had a big bed. The staff gave us extra towels and was always nice. Also you can leave the bags and enjoy.
They lacked an actual room for the bathroom, it is a sliding door that doesn't even meshed sound with walls, lol. The curtain and the window does not leave any privacy with your neighbors at all

Room was very tight and was an open shower
