The house was much bigger than expected. We had plenty of room for the bridal party and our family to sleep and eat. The parking situation was not as bad as i had anticipated even when someone not on our party parked in front of the house and left us with only 4 spots. Great memories were made in this beautiful house.

This was, hands down, one of our best vrbo experiences. A group of us has been renting houses for 8-10 people for a long weekend of board games for over a decade, and this was the best house we've experienced. The house is well appointed with quality furnishings with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, ample seating options, and two good sized dining room tables. Unlike many rentals for large groups, nothing felt cheap or second rate. Doors were solid, bedrooms were nicely insulated for sound, tested by some pretty strong snorers in our group (although there is some street noise in the downstairs bedroom during the peak of the morning commute). All the bathrooms had high quality toilet paper, which we very much appreciated and show the hosts' care for the experience of the guests rather than maximizing profit. Overall, an excellent experience and one of the easiest conversations about where to host our event next year that we've ever had.

This home is incredible and comfortable. Perfect for our team during our annual health care convention.

We had a group of 14 adults who did not necessarily know each other well before the weekend. The layout of the home was perfect for getting to know each other and not having to hide out in a bedroom for privacy. Would stay there again.

We rented this house for our friends and family to stay at during our daughter’s wedding festivities. The house was immaculate and very well stocked with all kitchen, bath, and bedding we could need. The double dishwashers were a life saver! The teenagers enjoyed the game closet. There was plenty of room to sleep all 12 of us and feed/seat an additional 8. Thank you for all of the attention to detail!

Stayed here with relatives for my sons wedding. Absolutely wonderful place for a large group. Absolutely well done to accommodate big group and very nice furnishings. No cheap or barely acceptable stuff like many VRBO places. Full game closet. Lots of extras. Paper products, trash bags, dishes… everything you need to be comfortable. Thank you to hosts. Our son moved to Portland in August Due to this move, our family wanted to make a big trip out west. The house provided the perfect getaway for our family. There was plenty of room and the accommodations were excellent. The location allowed us to visit the coast, Portland and Mount Hood area. The owners responded to all of our questions and made it a very easy transaction. Highly recommend!

Spacious, well appointed home capable of handling a crowd. Our party of seven had lots of elbow room. All but 2 had their own bedrooms. Ping pong table and foosball were a nice touch. Hosts responsive to our needs. We recommend this property to anyone with a number of guests.

Our family stayed here over the weekend while we got married. It was such a luxury to have everyone be able to spend so much time together. The house is so big and so well stocked, we had everything we needed.

This property was excellent for our large group. The location was wonderful - perfect distance from downtown and also easy drive out to Cannon Beach and to Multnomah Falls/Columbia River Gorge. Would 100% recommend this property. The double washer/dryer was a wonderful touch!

I was looking for a home that could sleep about 15 people, that had enough dining room table space to eat and work, and a kitchen and living room that could accommodate a large group for a retreat. This home was so perfect! We had 15 people onsite and another 8 people staying at a nearby hotel. There is plenty of space to spread out, get your work done and socialize. We used the downstairs living room/dining room for retreat activities and we also had they entire group in the upstairs family room area with the huge theater screen for a zoom portion. That worked out great as well. The kitchen is well stocked, it's great having 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, the island allowed us to have food out as a buffet and to stand around in the evening sipping wine and nibbling on hors d'oeuvres. Beds were comfortable, house was immaculately clean...and much to our surprise, the garage has an electric car charger--which was great since one attendee was able to use that. Didn't have time to use the ping pong table or foosball. The owners state clearly that only 5 cars can be onsite. I was concerned about that but we managed it by having a few people stay at a local hotel and were allowed to keep the additional cars there since we registered extra names on the hotel rooms. It all worked out great! Owners were easy to work with. Home is easy to find and convenient to local stores and restaurants. Highly recommend for a large group retreat or large family gathering.

We had 2 adults and 15 girls on a soccer team at the house. It was a perfect house for the team. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. Plenty of bathrooms, laundry capacity, and hot water for all the girls. The big dining room tables and living room areas were perfect for meals, homework, and hanging out. The house was even well stocked with board games for extra entertainment. Check in/check out was seamless and great communication from the owner. House was even better than we expected!

Perfect for large family groups. Double oven, Dishwasher, laundry, ADA bed/bath on first floor all great. Well stocked. Clean and comfortable. Two large gathering spaces. Parking will be an issue if you have more than three cars in your party (for example, if you have family staying nearby but coming for meals), as you will have to shuffle cars in and out of the garage.

Overall the house is amazing, plenty of places for a large group of people to sleep comfortably. Parking is a hassle and the turn around at the end of the street they tell you to use is nothing more than narrow dead end with lots of cars parked making it difficult to do so. The closest park and ride lot has a posted 24 hour limit so not good for more than one night at the house. You should be able to pay to park at the airport but those gates close at certain times. Just be sure to closely follow the vehicle rules and know that if you have a larger group with more than the limit it will be difficult to coordinate.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this large, thoughtfully designed vacation rental. There was more than enough space for all of us to rest, relax, play and enjoy our time together. The decor and comfortable furnishings were stellar. The attention to detail was so appreciated; from the ping pong table to the high quality toilet paper! We would definitely recommend this rental to everyone.

This house was well stocked with linens, towels, and utensils. The house looks just as beautiful, if not more so, in person than in the online pictures. There was plenty of space for us to all be together when we wanted to, but all go to our own corners when we needed a break from each other. This is probably one of my favorites houses to stay in for vacation rental. Although not directly in the heart of wine country, it is close enough that we took two day trips to wineries, and a day trip to Portland. To satisfy everyone that wanted to see different things, it was a great location.

This home was nicely decorated, easy to find, impeccably clean, and well equipped; the beds were all comfortable, we appreciated the two dishwashers and double laundry facilities…and extra shower in the laundry room! The family story on the wall was very touching. We loved every minute of our stay. We came to the area with all of our grown children for our daughter’s wedding., and had a wonderful experience. Thank you Ryan and Sylvia - you thought of everything!

Our group consisted of 20 women, mostly family. House was big enough, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and beds. It was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The only thing that caused me (the weekend organizer) stress was parking. There is parking for 5 cars max. No exceptions. Fines for over five cars. But we managed to keep it at five. Overall it was a wonderful long weekend!

We booked this home for two days after our weeklong trip in Central Oregon, and before flying out of PDX to conclude our trip. This home had everything we needed and then some. It was beautifully kept and more than enough space for our group of 10. My only complaint is that we wish we booke longer.

This property far exceeded our wishes. The owners did an incredible job in design and the home is generously stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, soap/shampoo/conditioner and cleaning supplies. The entire space is laid out well to accommodate large groups. Two dishwashers and two washer/dryer sets made staying on top of dishes and laundry easy. I hosted an impromptu family gathering with family members traveling in from out of the area. The kitchen/dining and dual family room spaces allowed everyone to be together in the midst of meal prep, etc. so that no one was left out. Dual dining tables allowed for amazing meal time conversation and the opportunity for everyone to sit together in one place. Plenty of space to spread out for quiet time as well. The entire home is well decorated and EXCEEDINGLY comfortable. This home would be wonderful for business events but even better to bring large families together to make memories. There was ping pong, fusbal and a well stocked game cabinet. The owners were a true pleasure to work with and accommodating as well. So thankful to have found this property.

The house was perfect for our large family group. The property was immaculate. They had thought of everything when the designed this house. While it can be difficult to find large properties for multiple families, this house had ample room and bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk beds and with 16 people total, it still felt spacious. Owners were diligent and responded quickly. Excellent stay!

This home is beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of room for all of us. Every room is appointed with comfortable and lovely furnishings. They also were fully stocked even providing a lot of stuff other places require you to bring like shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc. There were also spices and some basic amenities. They had plenty of dishes and cook ware too. The home was also very clean. I highly recommend renting this home.
