Lars & Sebastian were great to work with. They took care of 2 small issues asap. Great property and location. A short Walk to the beach and only 1 mile to the downtown area. I would recommend a stay here.

Place was very nice. Well maintained except for the fact that the hallway bathroom door knob needs to be repaired or replace. Several guest got locked in and had to constantly mess with it. Other than that everything was fine and we would return for another week stay in the future. Also the beach wasn't as easy to walk to as stated unless we were accessing from the wrong area.

A few minutes up the road is easy parking and access with lifeguard stations. The main drag of restaurants is close and the grocery store is closer. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did all of our cooking on the large gas grill. The pool area is large and very private with the trees around. The home is in a secluded, gated, and nice community.

A perfect place to relax. Appreciated the timely response to the issue with the pool. Would recommend the house to friends.

Pool was green and dirty when we arrived late on a Monday. we went out early on tuesday, and at night pool was even greener. Called rental agent and he sent someone over on wed. They vaccumed and added chemicals and by friday morning the pool looked great.

The king bed turned out to be a queen bed and the queen bed turned out to be a full bed. The bathrooms and TVs need updating and modernizing, but the kitchen and especially the pool/patio area was really nice. Can walk to the beach but we preferred driving 5 mins down the road. The exterior of the home and landscaping were pristine. The neighborhood was quiet, private, and really nice. Would love to see the updated but would return without them.

This house was great! The location and everything was perfect for our needs. The only complaint is that house had a musky, mildewy smell. We had to buy a candle to help with the smell. The furnace/AC had a leak and they were very prompt in getting it fixed. I would recommend this house to my friends and family.

Everything went well except a couple of the issues that the mgr. handled. The problem is the crazy neighbor next door who called the police 3 times about us being loud. The police said that they could not even hear us and that she was trying to make a point. It's a shame if something can't be done about that. She should not be able to ruin a trip.

Beautiful pool area, beautiful bedrooms, parking was great, large kitchen and dining room area, wonderful TVs in all bedrooms except one. It would’ve been nice for the fourth bedroom to also have a TV. Request for maintenance were immediately worked on.

We ended up leaving halfway through our trip because my daughter got sick I made the host aware of this and he is unwilling to refund any part of our stay. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minute walk to beach, 30 minute walk to Pompano beach(which is nice for young children) and Lauderdale by the sea beach area. Enjoyed the heated pool and the home has a nice lay out. Communication was easy. When we needed something they provided.

We truly enjoyed our trip and our daughter was in love with the iguanas. The only complaint is the neighbor that yelled at our 8 year old for making noise in the pool, it was 5:45pm. The house was great and we enjoyed walking to the beach
