Superbe resort de tres bon standing. Nous avions peur d’un effet « usine » compte tenu de sa taille mais le domaine est tellement grand que on ne ressent jamais la proximité des autres occupants. Chambres superbes et très calmes. La chambre king size standard est deja excellente et tres grande. Pas besoin de la chambre duplex a notre sens. Belle plage et superbes piscines, sûrement les plus belles que nous ayons vu. Plusieurs restaurants et bar. C’est un excellent choix pour terminer son séjour. Hôtel situé à 20min en voiture de l’aéroport de Denpasar. Nous avons passé 4 nuits et jours de relaxation.

Des volets plus occultants ne seraient pas de trop. Il y a pas mal de lumière dans la chambre le matin. Prix des restaurants un peu excessif mais c’est un peu l’inconvénient habituel de ce type de resort. Petit déjeuner très varié mais d’une qualité moyenne.

冷蔵庫が冷えてないので、伝えたが、直したと言うだけで、結局冷えない。またチェックイン時にデポジットなど説明がなく、プールサイドで飲み物をオーダーしたら、部屋付けできず、現金かカードを取りに戻ってくれと言われ、プールに浸かった体で、かなり大きなホテルの部屋に戻るのはどうかと思った。

Beautiful, amazing friendly staff, good and multiple restaurants on site, nice beach. Location fabulous with Jimbaran beach barbecue - fish- right next to resort. Pools and beach great.

Stay too short ( only five days!). Prices of restaurants very western, expected but it would be nice if matched closer to rest of Bali. Especially the Italian restaurant is very pricey.

The room was comfortable and clean,well equipped. The beach view is very pretty. The breakfast has a lot of variety from local to American breakfast. Sunset cafe food is also very delicious. Hospitality on top.

The 1.5m pool may be a bit too deep and cold to really enjoy it, but you do have other smaller pools available.

ルームサービスの支払い対応がまったく、教育なっていない。現金支払い後おつり、催促しないと数時間来なかった。 相変わらず　インドネシア人、特にバリ人のいい加減差が目立った。日本料理店も基本教育がかけていた。既にかなり 強く指摘苦情した。ランドリーサービスが外部かと思う。支払いに問題。

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Im Erdgeschoss - feucht und muffig . Schlimmer Geruch - vor dem Balkon Wassergrube - Einrichtung total alt und Renovierungsbedürftig.

Minor complaint -smell of mold and sewer in some places but hotel very good about moving us. This is Common in Bali — not informing us private function closed two restaurants on Sat night ☹️ - day beds require 7am bags this one ! But this happens every where

They have basically anything you need at the resort. Restaurants, activities, spa, etc.

They had a blackout for 6 hours while we were there, a bunch of little things didn’t work well like light fixtures and power sockets, and the prices for food or drinks at the resort are way overpriced

Check in sans charme. Pas d’attention et d’écoute particuliere, mis dans un coin pour signer les documents et next …. Pas d’explications du resort et débrouille toi pour trouver ta chambre.

Hôtel conforme aux attentes. Idéalement situé pour profiter de la plage par accès direct. Idéal pour fin de séjour à Bali par sa proximité avec l’aéroport sans les nuisances.

Check in, breakfast and pool area was beautiful, the grounds of the hotel were very pretty. The KO restaurant was a highlight also.

Our room had a bad smell to it, so we asked to change and they accommodated us with an upgrade which was very nice.

We loved our stay in the InterContinental Bali Resort. The resort, pool and especially the staff are amazing. The resort is ageing however other than minor wear and tear the hotel is very well maintained. We booked half board and whilst the Jimbaran Gardens Restaurant offers a tasty 3 course meal, in hindsight we should’ve booked bed-and-breakfast to have more choice and try out other restaurants in and outside the hotel. Overall very good stay, and we would love to come back.

It is our third visit to the magical Intercontinental Jimbaran Bay and it is one of the most beautiful resorts in the world. The grounds and facilities are incredible and the staff are amazing.

We first came to intercontinental Resort 25 years ago .. I’m very pleased to say that it is still a perfect hotel to stay in when visiting Jimbaran Bay ..the staff were excellent and the facilities enjoyable.. relaxing by the pool looking out over the sea became our daily routine.. we dined 3 times at the Sunset Bar and Grill and found the food and drink selection favourable.. the staff were always helpful pleasant and went beyond to ensure an enjoyable dinner .. the music was an extra bonus .. the grounds and water features are exceptional

Le cadre de l'hôtel est agréable et luxueux. Le lieux est paisible ce qui tranche avec l'agitation de la rue. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Les restaurants sont bons mais un peu cher. Le restaurant proche de la plage est romantique au moment du couché de soleil suivi par des musiciens pour finir la nuit. Très agréable.

Le prix des restaurants qui est un peu élevé. Le minbar devrait comporter plus d'éléments inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

The gardens, the beachfront and the pool.

The breakfast was great and the stuff really helpful if you have any requests.

We were positively surprised that the Hotel is directly located at the beach, we thought it is only nearby. The garden and the whole premises are phantastic. Unfortunately we had to leave super early to the airport and did not have time to enjoy the Hotel to the fullest.

There were no taxis available in the early morning hours. But we made it thanks to a driver who was called :-D. Thank you!

During the evening, the floor (upstairs and down) and stairway were sodden with water, and were slippery to walk on I am claustrophobic and did NOT like the upstairs bedroom suite, which did not have any windows or views. It was very claustrophobic, and when I tried to sleep downstairs on the sofa bed, it was too difficult to pull out. I was very uncomfortable in such a claustrophobic space The beach and ocean fronting the Intercontinental was VERY polluted with PLASTIC. Walking out into the ocean was very unpleasant, with every step you took onto plastic items and plastic frequently floating by you catching on your limbs. I was extremely disappointed to see that Bali's oceans and beaches are littered with plastic everywhere, we found it impossible to get away from plastic, both on walks through the countryside even in remote north-east OR swimming or snorkeling in the ocean.

This is a sprawling resort with huge rooms and a fantastic pool.

Unfortunately, the report is showing its age with the rooms appearing quite dated. My room smelled of damp or mould and there were paint cracks in the bathroom. Poor weather on the day of my arrival meant that the bath water ran brown which was pretty disappointing for a five star resort. This was reported to management and while they were apologetic, they were also relatively ambivalent. It also had to be said that while the resort is on the beach, Jimbaran Beach itself is not particularly dazzling. Lovely sunsets but so much rubbish and pollution. If you want to enjoy the best of Bali, head to Sanur or Uluwatu instead.

Good location

The hotel is old we had room that seemly had not been used for a while the linen had an old mouldy smell. The shower was leaking. The in room beverages where old even sugar had melted as it had been there that long. The manager did resolve the issue with a room change and late check out but it wasn’t a great experience
