pas de chauffage dans les chambre et personnes comme un veilleur de nuit pour la mise en route de celui-ci,
la photo de hotel ne représente pas la réalité cela ressemble a un hôtel en ruine.
Prix élevé par rapport à la prestation. ( 67€) pour la nuit et sans le déjeuner compris.

Une chambre pour trois à 54 €, on peut pas demander la lune ... un road treep à moto ... une réservation dernière minute ....parfait
J'ai eu un gros coup de stress, j'ai fait ma réservation j'ai payé ensuite j'ai appelé pour savoir comment ça se passe pour l'entrée qui était tardive et là elle m'a répondu qu'il fallait que j'annule que c'était pas possible qu'il y avait personne que les entrées c'est jusqu'à 23 heures et pas autrement ...j'ai comment dire été surprise et stressée j'ai regardé pour annuler et là on m'a rappelé pour me dire OK ... Qu'en fin de compte je peux venir à l'heure que je veux c'est un hôtel, 24 heures sur 24 comme je l'avais bien lu ! Un gros coup de stress pour rien

la chambre n’était pas très propre , odeur desagreable sur les draps .
la cabine de douche était vétuste et pas propre . Le rideau de douche ne fermait pas
nous étions chambre 35 et la porte ne fermait pas a clefs .

TOUT L’HÔTEL DEVRAIT ÊTRE FERMÉ POUR RÉHABILITATION TOTALE. C’EST UNE HONTE DE LE PROPOSER COMME UN HÔTEL PREMIÈRE CLASSE QUI DEVRAIT NORMALEMENT RESPECTER DES CRITÈRES SELON CETTE FRANCHISE.
NOUS AVONS QUITTÉ RAPIDEMENT CE LIEU POUR PARTIR VERS UN AUTRE HÔTEL EN ENGAGEANT DES FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES.
JE VAIS DONC FAIRE UNE RÉCLAMATION AUPRÈS DE PREMIÈRE CLASSE POUR UN REMBOURSEMENT.

The hotel receptionist were good people and they know their job, Mustapha was a great communicator as well as the others
The location was very bad because it was difficult to travel to the train station, the public transport was bad

The room is incredibly small. Could not even open a suitcase on the floor. Bathroom and shower are basically 1 room. We left after 10 mins. By American Standards, it's a motel. Guy drinking outside of their room made our kids uncomfortable

The stuff is so awesome. I loved their buffet breakfast and the rooms has heaters more especially that it was very cold and raining.

staff were helpful and allowed us to borrow a kettle. they helped sort out the alarm door issue
very tired and dated. clean enough but the bathroom was in total need of refurbishment and the sink leaked. the door didn’t shut very well and looked as if it had been forced open at some point.

terrible terrible is terrible! bad experience, I arrived at the hotel, the reception is presentable, but when you are directed to the room there are many people drinking and offering drugs, I was followed by men, the room has no security, door without lock, and when going to reception explain the numerous problems, I was intimate and faced by another man who was surrounding me, I definitely don't recommend danger, especially for women, I was 10 minutes long enough to leave very scared, and I'm still struggling to get my refund

Wifi was stable. Lighting was good, but room looked better in the dark.
The door to my room was loose in the frame and could make visitors feel insecure. It also meant noise from outside was not blocked. Shower is tiny and would be very awkward for larger visitors.

Close to N4 road
No reception: should go to Kyriad hotel to get room card. Breakfirst list no updated for next morning. Window in the Room cannot be opened to get fresh air during the night. Floor of breakfirt room not really clean. Staff was watching video with loud sound. Climatisation not working ( or need a master degree to make it working)
Toilets keep on flushing. Paper is not good quality.

really small rooms , with even smaller cubicle toilets, ok for one emergency sleepover but not more than that . Don’t ever try the 5€ breakfast it’s really a joke even for 5€
