Quarto mais não consegui dormir então eu tive que sair e acabei esquecendo minha bolsa no Quarto e agora o hotel ta cobrando um valo que não existe

The price

The room have strange smell when we enter the room. The television is not working. We asked the receptionist to fixed it. He comes first to see it but after he didn't come back. There's no fan the room is hot. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The location was ok. From the outside there was some work that could’ve been done to maintain the property but the rooms were ok (clean).There was no loud traffic nearby.

the entire team of staff did not speak one word of English. they were unfriendly and when we arrived the only thing they tried to translate was that we had to pay the tourist tax. According to their page on booking.com we had till 00:00 to leave the property but they arrived at 11:00am to tell us that we should’ve left an hour ago. We showed them the booking.com page but they kept insisting that the information shown there is not true. we told them that was not our fault since they have a partnership with booking.com and that if they wanted us out any earlier they should have informed us about it when we arrived. The manager tried to use google translate to tell us that since we stayed an hour longer than he wanted, we had to go to the reception to pay for an extra day. we told them we wouldn’t since this was not our fault and that we were not going to pay for an extra day since we didn’t stay for an extra day but only the day of our reservation. manager kept insisting information on booking.com was incorrect and we kept telling him that’s his responsibility and not ours. this went on for 15 minutes and he kept saying we had to pay. We said we were going to call the police because they were unable to speak English, translate was not helping the man to understand how it was not our fault but theirs and we were not going to pay for an extra day even though we were only their during the time of our reservation. Only when we threatened to call the police the manager said that we were allowed to leave.

The staff / manager is horrible. What they know to do best is to ignore you. Without Booking.com I couldn’t get them to talk at all but that still didn’t change anything. Also they have a very bad refunding policy
