This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we will certainly do so in the future. The staff is very friendly, I would especially like to highlight the girl from the reception Raluca, who is always ready to help you and give you great information about restaurants, places to go out and places to visit, and so for the last 2 years she has been helping us to spend time in Lido de Jesolo we spend the best possible time. The hotel itself is extremely clean, in a great location, only 100m from the beach. In the morning, an extremely varied and delicious breakfast is served. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces.

Even before arrival, communication by message was excellent - fast and helpful response to queries about late check in and offers to help with transfers (would have been slightly cheaper with hotel). Met on arrival by very friendly and profession host who focussed on one customer at a time and when our turn, showed us to the room, explained everything and left us to it. Free wifi (with good bandwidth so could stream), safety deposit box in room was free too. Roof top pool (small but useable) and sunbathing area - beach towels provided. Excellent 'fill your boots' buffet breakfast including sweet and savoury and boiled or scrambled eggs. Breakfast staff equally attentative and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday, new towels whenever needed and nothing too much trouble - more great staff. Room (suit) was ideal with two balconies, fully functional kitchenette and all necessary utensils and appliances. Just great. And a great bonus was free bike loan - albeit fairly basic city bikes - but the area is so flat that that was not a problem - plus some really good cycle lanes.

TV was supposed to be able to get Netflix/Prime but didn't - we could have asked for it to be fixed and I'm sure it would have been very promptly but we were self sufficient with lap top. Electric hob as very slow to heat up but fine once it got going.

Very good breakfast. Very convenient to have sunbeds on the private beach. The indoor garage is a plus. Excellent staff. A special remark for Raluca, always smiling and ready to help.

Nice, clean and modern hotel almost on the beach. Great two pools, which are amazing for kids. On the top of that the breakfast was amazing. Perfect hotel for families with kids.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The hotel breakfast was very good with a large choice. We used the cycles and enjoyed the day with many cycle tracks. The swimming pool on the roof is very shallow, but lovely and warm. We did not use the ground floor pool. We came by coach from Venice to the bus station and from there a bus to the hotel

The gym was poor and needed upgrading,

Our first family stay with a seven month old baby exceeded our expectations. We had a smaller room with a kitchenette and balcony, and there was a fridge, dishwasher and dishes in the room. Towels and cleaning were changed every day. We had our own umbrella on the beach including beach towels. Free parking spot nearby. The hotel has two pools, the rooftop one was heated in May. It's a really short walk to the beach. The staff is friendly, prompt and everything was pleasant. The hotel is right on the road with many bars, restaurants and shops.

In the evening there was a lot of noise in the area, loud music, honking, shouting... So if you're traveling with a baby, I would keep that in mind.

No room service, No restaraunt but there was one right next door which made up,

very spacious balcony, near the beach, parking very close and free use of the bikes

a family of 4, daughters aged 22 and 6, stayed for a week in a suite with a bedroom (2 bedroom forging and a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room) breakfast is good parking indoor heated swimming pool with terrace on the top floor the kitchen is equipped not only with a full set of dishes and appliances, but also a blender, microwave, capsule coffee machine (capsules are added every day), dishwasher (this is the first time we meet in an apartment in a hotel on this coast! there are dishwasher tablets) We are very grateful to the staff for our comfort during our stay!
