The food - lacks variety

Being going for 20 years. No AC inside which is turned off. No more massive selection of upper terrace all day snacks this now in reduced section downstairs constantly running out of supply. Massive staff reductions. No removing of evening tables and chairs so not enough room for sun loungers.

Food was very good

Rooms were small, Cutlery in restaurants were dirty, three times I asked for them to be changed Hotel a little out of the way

Very clean, lots of areas to sit around

2 bed apartment was just one room, so for 3 adults and one child it was very small, no privacy from each other. Sun loungers very uncomfortable, not adjustable to sit up. Children not allowed play with a ball in the pool or floaties even though the hotel shop sells them. One of the lifeguards was particularly rude.

The hotel itself was lovely. The cleaners came in every day but only to change towels and make the bed. The floor was not cleaned and the bedding was not changed.

on our final evening there was a lot of noise and people were doing a lot of talking outside our room, so struggled to sleep. AC didn’t work. TV is too small for the room

The appearance of the outside of the building does not match the quality on the inside.

Great value for money, plenty to do with kids. Wasn’t sure what to expect travelling in April but it was amazing. Entertainment every night and kids club. Although we didn’t use the kids club it was offered and on twice a day. Will definitely be back again!

travelled out of season (early October) so the main pool was closed. other pool was too busy.

All I have to say food was orgasmic.

Maybe how me and my girl had to singles pushed together at different height beds.
