We booked this hotel as we had been before and had come for a double birthday celebration. The staff couldn't have done a better job of celebrating our birthdays with 3 cakes over 2 days. We had not requested this, but the hotel arranged this themselves! Our memories of Costa Navarino are engraved forever and we will surely be back. Everything was simply perfect and magical - room, meals, pools, staff, facilities, simply outstanding! Our favorite restaurant is the beach restaurant (Barbouni)... wow... fantastic meals, by the sea, served by fantastic staff!

Amazing location, outdoors, Easter program full of activities many of them for free. The staff genuinely polite and helpful. Cleaning service two times a day. Many activities for kids and all traditional Easter celebrations in the property.

it is very difficult to find your way within the property, many times we wander around until we can find our room. The signs at the property are not clear enough, Gamma South, but you don't know in which complex you are. At the check-in none explains to you how to move around the property, what is the names of the areas and how to find your way. The map provided by them and the app are illegible. Definitely an area for improvement.

Nothing was open. Kids club was supposed to be open as the manager said on the phone and said it was 69% capacity occupied in the hotel and it was closed - there were only 5% occupied - told by a member of staff.

Lack of restaurants open, the facilities were closed even the spa. It was dead quiet and same prices

היה מושלם!!! ארוחת בוקר מפנקת, מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה. החדר היה מעולה עם בריכה פרטית.

QUALITY WAS PERFECT, BUT FOOD AT RESTAURANTS WAS OVERPRICED. FOOD IS ABOUT 50% OVERPRICED COMPARED TO OTHER 5 STAR ESTABLISHMENTS.

Frühstück gut und reichhaltig, sehr gut gelegenes Zimmer mit Privatpool (so gebucht), Strand in 5 Min Fussweg, sauber und nicht überfüllt (Okt), Golfwagen waren immer rasch zur Stelle um den relativ weiten Weg vom Zimmer zu den Restaurants bzw Reception nicht zu Fuss gehen zu müssen, Mitarbeiter alle sehr höflich und entgegenkommend

die Eierspeisen beim Frühstück zB Omelette waren sehr *gestreckt" mit Milch

Amazing stay. Everything from the service, the facilities offered, the food, the cleanliness - absolutely perfect. Fantastic for kids!

Tout est très cher… 50€ le buffet… par personne La plage et la mer trop agitée pour des enfants en bas âge

We love everything! The stuff is very professional. Food was amazing! Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Whole resort is very clean and beautiful. Also there is a lot activities for kids and for adults too! We had a great time!

Beautiful resort with excellent facilities. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I'm definitely going back. All restaurants are excellent except the one next to Romanos pool.

1st night we had dinner at the restaurant next to the pool of Romanos, we paid 900euros group of 14 half kids, fish is expensive and wasn't good 5/10.

Excellent resort offering all amenities and super helpful and friendly staff at all posts. Really impressed of how the resort’s selection of olive trees, shrubs and other plants all around tied with the nature surrounding the resort.

Jet ski would be a good addition as part of the water sports. Buggy service could be improved as the buggy was ordered for a specific time but came over 10 minutes late for check out. Regular updates of delayed would be much appreciated

Breakfast did not meet our expectations , our infinity pool was poorly maintained, housekeeping lacked organization and the water park was also poorly maintained.

We keep going back. Our kids were in nappies when we first visited, and they are now teenagers ...and we are still loyal huge fans of this establishment. Excellent breakfast, hospitable staff, excellent facilities that cater to all ages and so many options for dinner. The beach!!! The history. The traditions.
