The location is very good.

I would not suggest this hotel if you got used to sleep in a quiet place. Here you will hear every step of your neighbours on the staircase and in their rooms, opening of the doors and etc.

unfortunately other pilgrims staying in two rooms next to me, treated it like an albergue. They left their doors open, were loud & didn’t have any thoughts for the privacy of others.

The staff were very friendly and helpful And the room was perfect

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location atop a Michelin starred restaurant and walkable to anything in town. No issues at all with noise (didn’t hear anything)

The window opens up to the inner courtyard, and some guests felt free to knock on this window, probably looking for a receptionist. The worst was, that almost in front of the window there is a small table with ashtrays inviting guests to smoke :( I was lucky and no one of the guests did it during my stay in the room, but still... I had to forget about an opened window because absolutely everyone has access to the room, even the people from the street. Thanks to thin walls and iron stairs outside (the stairs make really a lot of noise when people are moving up or down) you can hear absolutely every step and every breath of other guests.

Room was very pleasant

It was quite chilly. Hard to sleep. Explanations about access were very basic. We managed to work out the code, but a call, or some human contact would have improved things enormously.

Beautiful, cozy, natural materials (wood, linen, etc), felt “old” in the BEST SENSE (exposed wood beams with clean white stucco)…truly a wonderful place!!!

Clean room, good location- close to centre of town.

Walls are thin so you can hear other on your floor clearly and guests above. No staff available when I arrived to check in, after check in time. There was a number I had to call but signs wasn’t in English so had to find someone to ask/Google translate it.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom very clean - had everything needed for a comfortable stay

Cleaner was smoking right outside my window and it was blowing into my room.

Character pension in a great location. Lovely sitting areas outside. Very clean and bright rooms with updated bathrooms. However, the bed was VERY uncomfortable; like sleeping on a wooden board.

Lots of small but annoying inconveniences, such as bathroom door would not stay closed; no bath mat; power outlets beside bed unusable; window opened straight onto walkway so we couldn’t have it open due to smokers outside; cramped space.
