The apartment was exactly as shown on listing. We enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean. It was nice having a dishwasher and washer/dryer. and Jo, the owner manager was very organized and there for us at check in.

Property was as good as it was described. Joan was pleasant and very helpful. Liked the cleanliness of the apt and accessibility to Las Ramblas by walking or to the metro. The club at the end of the street can be quiet loud at night. Overall good place.

Essentially the location was close to where we wanted to be, but the noise during the night interfered. Possibly the holiday weekend was to blame.

the apartment was clean and a great location for walking to restaurants, las ramblas, gothic section, market, grocery, etc. the hall bathroom and 2nd bedroom is rather small. some street noise most evenings, and you have to put used toilet paper in a bag and carry to street dumpster because of plumbing in hall toilet. not fun but we managed.

We thought it was closer to las ramblas street but proximity to train station made it easy. The neighbors were a bit loud and obnoxious but I think they must have been celebrating something!!

This was a great stay. The property is located close to many restaurants and just a short walk to La Rambla and Metro station. We found the property clean and well furnished with appliances. The owner allowed us to check in early, which saved us having to haul our luggage around for hours. A nice touch was that the owner provided some food items for us. I would highly recommend this location for your Barcelona visit.

Basically the property was good. The location turned out to be great, very walkable. The appliances were excellent. Just a few negatives: The young man checking us in was pleasant, but did not seem to have much information about the surroundings or apartment. Outside was a lot of graffiti and the entrance was dark and dingy with a number of stairs to the second floor. The bedroom needs a door on the bathroom and the couch needs to be replaced. The music in the next door apartment was very loud at times.

Perfect for our family. Location makes it easy to get around, taxi so easy from here. Check in was easy and gave us maps, restaurant ideas and places to go. Right by a food street for tapas and local beers. Clean, spacious, and would definitely stay again

Staying in the apt was like "living" in Barcelona and not "visiting". We were 4 adults and found it very comfortable. You are in a neighborhood with the "locals". Quiet during the day, lively at night. In the midst of cafes, bars, tapas restaurants and grocery shopping. Minutes from public transportation. A short walk to Las Ramblas the heart of Barcelona. Support from the owner during our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend. Monroe

This apartment was very comfortable and accommodating. It’s on the first floor, which is one floor above ground level, so it was not too many steps to go up. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and even the dishes was extremely impressive! The amenities were plentiful, towels, pillows, they had hand soaps in both bathrooms, some toilet paper, detergents for washer and dishwasher. Those kinds of things are nice to have so you don’t have to buy it. It is located directly above the Bodega Vidal on the corner, and the ladies at the Bodega are very friendly. One lady spoke enough English to figure out what we wanted ... coffee, eggs and potatoes! This is where we waited to meet our contact. The location was in a neighborhood of interesting locals, with many bodegas to enjoy pinchos, among other dishes. The metro was just a couple of blocks away to take you to all parts of the city. Our contact, Alex, was friendly and extremely informative about the workings of the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Barcelona.

Well worth booking this unit, close to everything. Easy trip to Centro, Espana and Sagrada Familia on the metro. Does get a little noisy with the renovations going on in the building and the locality to the eating street. Met by Alex when we arrived who is a perfect gentleman giving us great insights into where to eat and buy groceries. Don’t like having to pay a security deposit either. I try and avoid accommodation with this option taken.

This super clean apartment was perfect, has everything u would need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to gt food n grocery store near by. Location perfect to Ramblas short walk.

It is a quiet place to stay in Barcelona but also close to the city.

We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. We got off a cruise that morning and needed a place to put the luggage. They did everything to accommodate us. There is a little coffee shop right below and two great restaurants within 200 yards (one is literally right next door). The apartment has ample space for two couples and comfortable beds. There may be a little Street noice but nothing insurmountable. The washing machine and dryer was very nice to have. The walk to las ramblas is about 15 minutes but it’s an easy walk. We would stay there again without hesitation. Happy travels!

The building needs some maintenance, like lights in the stairway, but the apartment had everything we needed
