High loop was very nice. Really spacious each room had king size bed . The out door patio was good. For cooking n relaxing at night. Our overall experience was very pleasant. A for sure rebook .

CONS: Tired property that has not been maintained or had a good cleaning in some time. The carpets are old and stained. Lots of non-functioning parts: patio doors with no handles or handwritten sign: "Do Not use this door". Ceiling in master bath leaks and has leaked for some time (existing circles on ceiling indicating where it leaks-see previous review). Dishwasher door has no spring and thus falls quickly when opening. Refrigerator leaks water. No pillow cases for extra pillows. Very few hangers in the closets. The pictures on VRBO are very disceptive; the property is not as large and spacious as indicated. This place needs some TLC.

Easy check in, no problems at all!!! Loved it!

Was a overall nice stay. Very clean and relaxing, the fifth bedroom was kinda scary and located way further than the rest of the house.

First, I did not realize that this wasn't a private owned rental when I booked it(it's owned by a company).House is advertised for up to 12 people. The kitchen does not accommodate 12 people. There were only 3 bowls and definitely not enough regular cups/ glasses. There was a broken bar stool at the counter. The house looked like it had not been "inspected." There were dirty and greasy dishes/utensils in the cabinets. The dishwasher made the dishes look dirty even with following their directions to add vinegar. There was tape holding parts of the foosball table together and tape holding pool sticks together. No batteries for DVD player remote. Couldn't manage to turn the master bedroom tv on all weekend with either of the 2 remotes (don't think that had to do with batteries, probably programming of the remotes). Paper signs telling you not to open certain doors for whatever reason and a GIANT spray painted plywood on the porch separating you and instructing you from crossing to the other side. We made do and enjoyed our time in Ruidoso, but this house was misleading and therefore overpriced in my mind. Otherwise, there was lots of room for everyone and the hot tub was enjoyable; even with the neighbor's camera facing it 🙄

This home was perfect for our family of three grown children, spouses, and grandchildren. We were all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed foosball and pool tournaments in the game room and meals on the large deck! Lots of great memories made here!

Worst stay so far The neighbor decided to put a camera while we were in the hot tub with our kids pointing straight at us the camera was not there before we arrived when we called the property manager she said that there was nothing that they could do about it to call the police and no one was able to do anything about it he was invading our privacy I just don’t understand why he would have to be looking at us and our kids. If you are planning a family trip I would definitely recommend that you look somewhere else the neighbor does file noise complaints as soon as the clock hits 10 for any little noise that you make and plus who wants to be spied on by neighbors with their cameras.

Great home. Lots of space great neighborhood saw lots of wildlife.Plenty of room for everyone. I think cleaning could be a little more thorough especially now with everything happening. Master Bedroom should be tiled instead of carpet and sink drains were not clean. Besides that beautiful home and definitely give 5 stars.

The dishes, pan, silverware are super old it needs to be replaced.

Our family gathering moved to Ruidoso this year instead of Red River when we spotted this gem on the HomeAway app. The pictures perfectly depict the house and all of its amenities. There were definitely some, ok alot, of cleaning we had to do when we arrived and I am unsure if the house was truly "inspected" the day before our arrival. I did speak with Condotel folks at our departure to ensure they were aware of the issues and they quickly took note, apologized and refunded the cleaning fee which was greatly appreciated. Our trip was a success and we were all just happy to spend time together!

There are areas that need updating. As plugging in something to an outlet one of us was shocked. Master bathroom shower not draining. Basement bedroom could use a bathroom. Dishwasher didn't really wash dishes properly and beds were extremely uncomfortable. Need new matresses

4 couples so we each had King size bed, TV, own bathroom. One TV didn’t work and maintenance never showed up. Check in was a little confusing. Need to emphasize checking in with Contodel. Great location to shopping, race track and casinos. Would like to be able to check in before 4PM.

My family and I had a great time. This place is awesome. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Deer are always in the area in the mornings and evenings. Customer service was excellent. Minor issues: pool table needs new cue sticks, sofa bed and foosball table in game room require maintenance. Other then that I highly recommend this place.
