Spacious and modern.

The place was not cleaned. The house was not swept and mopped. The linens smelled like humidity. Fingers prints were all overa the doors. Very dusty. Dinning chairs need cleaning as well.

The place was okay, it was in a hidden street and the area was okay.

I didn’t spend all my stay there but the days I was there the bed sheets smell bad I had to washed them all. The place was and okay. would I stay there again? nope. and in top of all that I was charged for “ missing items that I know 100% did not took “…. I have stayed in many other Hotels and rnv’s before I love to travel and never had I have a problem till this place. upset for trying to get money of people to fix there place. not happy at all. almost forgot the pool was dirty too. Good thing I end up upgrading my family to XCARET! Mexico. best place… and crazy how XCARET! had many beautiful things in there hotel and they weren’t missing nothing..!!!!

it’s wasn’t very clean the beds sheets and blankets smell dirty and beds had lots of dust the jacuzzi didn’t work, when we shower the water would splash all over the floor and there was no mat’s for bathrooms

No facilities at all or supplies in the flat.

The balcony was full of bird droppings. Have to drive into town.

We arrived to the property on Dec 22nd, we started having issues with electricity right away, on Dec 23rd I contacted Leo and he sent somebody to check on that. We waited for the technician and we couldn't go out because of that, we spent the afternoon at the condo. He came, tried to fix it but he couldn't so we were told an electrician was coming the next day. Dec 24th, we could go out again we had to stay there because the electrician was coming, he came to try to fix the issue, after 3 or 4 hours he couldn’t fix it, he did make a few adjustments and made everything better but he was unable to fix the problem. We were basically forced to stay there because we were testing the lights with him. We couldn’t go to the beach and enjoy our vacations because of that. I understand problems can happen, but why do I have to pay for that. After paying $1,837 for our stay, for 5 nights, and having to stay 2 days there without going out, it is insulting you offer a compensation of $55. I did like the place, I did like the location, but I hated the fact I had to stay 2 days inside the condo when I only had 23rd, 24th, 25th and 27th to do stuff with the family. I hope you have a better response and consideration after I explained what happened. You can confirm all this information with your team over there. BTW, they only gave us towels for 7 people, and I paid for 8. Also, you only had 3 glasses, so we had to buy some plastic ones. That’s just basic stuff, but it’s nothing compared to the other issues.

big apartment, nice location if you have a car, nice swimming pool, nice people work there. good air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. very good if you only need a place to sleep (we spent most of our time outside travelling)

not so clean, inside but especially outside of the apartment. Some of the linen were torn. The 3 separate beds were in one small room. our kids couldn’t sleep there together as you couldn’t move so one kid slept in the living room.

everything about the flat was fine

noise from number 48. On one occasion the noise continued until after 0100 hrs

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

I RESERVED 2 PROPERTIES ON THIS SITE AND BOTH WERE CANCELLED. (ONE A DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVIAL) THE REASONS GIVEN WERE SUSPUCIOUS. 1. SUPPOSTEDELY THE OWNERS DID NOT WANT TO RENT ANYMORE AND THE 2ND THERE WERE PLUMBING PROBLEMS. I DO NOT BELIEVE IN COINCIDENCES. OBVIOUSLY THESE 2 PROPERTIES WERE BOOKED AT HIHER PRICE AND THEY GAVE ME CHOICES OF 2 THAT WERE NOT TOO NICE. ONEOF THE PROPERTIES WAS IN A VERY BAD SHAPE AND EVEN THERE WASA LEAK ON THE CEILIMG. SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE WAS ALSO SLOW AND INEFFICIENT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SITE (SUCASA).

Location was nice, the apartment was spacious.

Very outdated. We tried to wash and a pipe busted in the back, flooded the laundry room. We couldn't get help so we shut off the main, slept until 4 am, and were not able to wash or dry (because we found out later, that wasn't working either) during our stay!

There was a horrible smell in the whole apartment, coming from the bathroom. It was almost impossible to sleep next to the bathroom. The balcony was full of bird droppings: on the walls, on the floor everywhere and on the whole furniture. We couldn‘t use the balcony at all. We talked to the Landlord about it but he didn‘t respond. The towels were also not as cleaned as we hoped, but we didn‘t get new and clean ones either. In the end we used our own beach towels. I would not recommend this place.
