The place where we returned after some time to enjoy more of the beautiful nature and the privacy. I like the common areas and well equipped kitchen with spices. The place itself is beautiful and for people with dogs that like long walk in the nature it is very good place. Also we did hike to the biggest waterfall in Bulgaria which is nearby and for intermediate hikers it can be started eight from the accommodation. Stuff is kind and also, even though there is no signal, they have internet. The bathroom and the sheets were clean, the air-conditioning was working. I think it is a very nice and calm place.

Only few things that could make the place a bit better - after few days sleeping in the bed I noticed the mattress is probably older and it is like sleeping in the hole, so my back was hurting a bit. During 5 days stay we didn't receive any fresh towels.

Excellent location! Clean room & friendly staff!

It was a bit tricky to get there over the dirt road but the drive gave it more of a secluded vibe. I also had no cell service, so that added up to the secluded feeling. The place is situated in a little valley close to the Byala Reka eco path and offers idyllic views. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and the bungalow was cozy, clean and comfy. If you're an animal lover, like me, all the more reason to go because they have 6 very adorable cats and a lovely dog. We'll surely visit again soon! :)

Amazing place, we chose the wrong time to go (during the Winter) but it was still very beautiful and relaxing. Very nice staff, made us pancakes in the morning 🌄 It was very peaceful and we can't wait to go again in the Summer. Was a little worried about the off road part but we made it in a small car and in Winter, without 4x4 so it's not that bad, I've seen worse, don't let that stop you from getting some relaxation 😁🏞

Affordable accomodation in the heart of the nature, aprox 2 km until White River Eco-trail. The room is basic, clean, you have acces to a big, shared kitchen and barbecue. The surroundings are beautiful, we enjoyed the river, just in front of the accomodation

Pay attention to the road that leads you here, only the road after Kalofer, even if th GPS tell you to take the road from Karlovo. We found out too late that there are 3 roads (all very, very bad), but th GPS took us to the worst one, in the forest, with inimaginable patholes. We practically drove an offroad road with an ordinary car. When we had only 700m to reach the property, the road became worst, we couldn't turn around, so we abandoned the car and went to the accomodation to seek some help. We were unpleasantly surprised to see that no one seemed to care, they simply abandoned us. We went back to the car, alome, with no help and we had to improvise and cross some private properties to get out of there. At least they could send us a message to tell us about the right road. Very dissapointed abut the way they treated us.

Nice, clean houses, surrounded by peaceful and beautiful nature. You can hike directly in the mountain and you can also visit very nice eco path. We really enjoyed the place. We also had amazing breakfast with home made products. You can really relax there. The road was better than we expected. We drove carefully and slow and didn't have any problems, although our car is not very high.
