Staff were very helpful and friendly. Even though I had an issue with the bank, they guided me through process. All thanks to Fareeda, Oumaima and Maryam.

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel de l’établissement. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les services proposés au SPA.

Rien à reprocher

We loved our experience at this hotel! It is located near to the airport but is super quiet and you are quickly in Tunis city center. The hotel has so much to offer: From a super nice terrace, a great restaurant with many options for breakfast lunch and dinner and a nice pool area and spa (which I recommend trying 100%). Our highlight though was the staff for sure!! They are so welcoming and friendly and always eager to help with anything that might come up. We felt so welcome from the very start! The rooms were clean and were always made up nicely and fresh if you wished for that. If you visit Tunis this is your place to stay!

They are a scammer I paid for the stay and the receptionist asked me to keep the rest which is 60 euro on the room account if I use extra I pay the day of the checkout I went to take my money as I didn’t use any extra I was surprised that they told me you didn’t give us money and you have nothing . Then I asked the lady in the reception to book for me Taxi at 8 pm and she confirmed that when the times arrives I was surprised that no taco was booked and because of them I was going to miss my flight.
