it was next to my venue

staff while checking in was very rude. no lifts as we had luggage and had trouble carrying them up. bathrooms were very small. on top of that they gave our room to someone else without checking out when we were out of hotel. with bathroom hardly you can find a space to wash your hands.

central location

Nightmare of stay, first arrived the room that staff gave to us, was used, not clean from the previous customer. Anyway, they solved, given to us a better room, however, just a private toilet. No sure if it was good or bad this up-grade, because the toilet had water infiltration behind the toilet bowl. Very poor clean also. The bed is horrible, old mattress, so very worn, in the middle, once you lay in the bed, you just go deep. Mattress used too long, bad quality, need to be replaced, just gave back sore to us. Pillow, is very cheap, no quality at all, old better without nothing. No parking available, no option in the region, very busy region. No lift to reach the rooms, the stairs are very tiny, a old person would have difficult to reach the rooms, spacial with bag in hands. In general, I would say that I will never come back.
