The gentleman at reception is extremely professional and courteous, the room was spotless and elegantly designed.

De kamer was niet heel schoon. Er lag stof op het bar-/garderobemeubel en op de wijnglazen. We hadden verwacht dat er een functionerende minibar zou zijn met wat koude dranken. Dit was niet het geval. Bij navraag werd verteld dat dit was afgeschaft en dat de gasten een drankje beneden uit het apparaat bij de receptie konden kopen. Heel vreemd voor een 4-sterren hotel.

I am not sure where it was being held but there was an extremely loud party that went on until 02.00. I had to get up shortly after so had little to no sleep which was really annoying. Like I mentioned I don’t know where the party was so it might not be something the hotel could do snout. Everything else was fine.

De kamer was erg gehorig. Tot diep in de nacht liepen ze boven mij heen en weer en ook al vroeg in de ochtend weer. Dit was erg storend.

Een hele fijne kamer met een goed bed. Als je dit hotel boekt om te verblijven voordat je gaat vliegen, kun je er zeker van zijn dat je uitgerust aan de reis begint.

Close to airport, convenient for a one night stay. Room was great for a family - had air-conditioning. Staff at check in was really nice and helpful.

However the shuttle driver/front desk attendant on the morning we checked out (7/6) ruined the whole experience. We paid for a 5am shuttle to the airport. Guy showed up 2 min before 5, threw the bags in and then proceeded to start driving while I was in the middle of installing my toddler's car set. When I asked him to stop because that was not safe he called me "hysterical" and said "he knew people like me" ... like what the hell? I've been installing car seats in ubers/taxis/shuttles for 6+ years and I've never had such a experience.

wonderful place with very friendly and helpful staff. the room was large and very comfortable. the whole place was beautifully clean and the food at dinner and breakfast was superb.

it was further from Amsterdam than we thought, but it didn’t matter and was our fault.

The hotel was very lovely, staff were friendly.

It is not very accessible to public transport, you need to catch multiple buses to get to the city, and the hotel only offers a shuttle service to the airport for a fee. The hotel should consider offering a bike hire service to make supermarket's and restaurants more accessible.

Really appreciated Shuttle service from airport . Used it early in morning to return there.

Clean and comfortable and nice surrounding area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to be more in the countryside and out of the congestion of Amsterdam. Great if you have a car.

Has a charming character. Very good remodeling rooms and bathroom.

Misleading advertising: It was a 20 minute drive to the hotel from Airport after you called them by phone and request pick up. WiFi did NOT work. Surprised by 30Euro return to airport shuttle ride which equals 30% cost increase.

staff were very helpful and there was a very nice restaurant in the hotel shops quite close at hand
