El Medano est un petit village agréable plus typique et moins envahi par les vacanciers étrangers que los Cristianos. D'une manière générale nous avons beaucoup apprécié le contact avec les locaux, restaurants, commerces, club de plongée... et nous reviendrons avec plaisir au Ténérife. La mer et le climat sont excellents pour un mois d'octobre et toute la famille s'est baignée à la mer sans réticence (ma fille étant de nature particulièrement frileuse) . La location est agréable, propre,très bien équipée. La propriétaire Anne française d'origine, chaleureuse et sympathique est facilement joignable. Seul bémol au tableau la proximité de l'aéroport ...

I cannot recommend this house highly enough. From start to finish Ann was so helpful and accommodating to us. We are a family of 6 and the house was absolutely perfect for us and could easily have accommodated grandparents as well. The house was well furnished and Ann was quick to suggest more things that we might need and was able to provide them for us. For the baby there was everything from buggy to high chair and a choice of cot. Towels and linen were all provided and of a high standard. The house is located in a gated complex and the neighbours were very friendly. The pool man did a great job of keeping the communal areas clean and tidy. The house is located on the edge of El Médano and is a very easy walk to the town centre, the beach, the supermarket, the bus stop. We preferred La Jaquita beach which was about a 15 minute walk away as there were less people there. The beach in the town is only about a 10 minute walk and there are lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The water sports are fabulous to watch while sitting in one of the many cafes and our children enjoyed 2 weeks of surf school with Picacho which I would also highly recommend. I would thoroughly recommend this property and the location to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday.

Well positioned and quiet. Great pool (not busy). Very well equipped and spacious house. 2nd time stay and will be back.

The accommodation is ample with 3 double bedrooms all en suite. It is part of a secure estate with a lovely pool area, recently fenced with glass for toddler safety. Anne is a welcoming host and I recommend her house for family holidays.

Un endroit très sympathique, authentique, calme (proche des avions mais il n'y en a pas trop), climat idéal, vie peu cher, idéal pour une famille.

We had a fantastic time at this villa, it has everything you need for a family holiday, clean and well looked after. The villa is very well equipped with all you need, not to far from the big supermarket, we will definitely be back. Anne the owner was on hand if we needed

Hi, we loved the place. Nice swimming pool, quit area, 6 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to the supermarket. Nice place, great city El Medano. Thanx, Anne!

This is a fabulous place to stay, especially with kids. The house is very comfortable and spacy enough for 3 adults and 2 children, it has virtually everything one might wish for spending a great vacation. Both beds are very comfy (apparently the matresses were replaced recently). Our kids especially appreciated a huge bow full of toys and some stuff for beach (even solar creams were there!). The town of Medano is cosy and pleasant, close to main attractions yet away from overcrowded Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Thank you Anne for a wonderful stay!

"A fantastic place to stay with kids! In this house you feel like at home. We were 6 adults with 3 kids, and really enjoyed our ~2 week stay. 5 minutes walk to the ocean, and several playgrounds nearby, kids loved it. Owners are extremely friendly and nice people. Anne & Miguel, thanks a lot for your hospitality! =) El Medano city is more windy than Los Christianos & Las Americas, but more quiet, relaxing and cosy in terms of tourism. Especially great if you''re keen to try sports (windsurf & kitesurf)!"
