Personnel très sympathique. Emplacement et chambre très correct. Ne sommes resté qu'une nuit, très bien pour une étape.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, il est en plein centre et donc tout est à proximité (transport, alimentation, etc.) Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible

Il y avait je pense un problème de canalisation et l’odeur remontait jusques dans les chambres… c’était vraiment désagréable ! En plus dans ma chambre la porte de la salle de bain n’était pas au norme, si je la claquait je ne pouvais plus la réouvrir… ça m’est arrivée malheureusement mais heureusement que je n’étais à l’intérieur de la salle de bain. Par contre je salue le personnel qui m’a débloqué la porte et s’est montré comprehensible en m’offrant le petit déjeuner! Mais attention ça peut être dangereux si une personne s’enferme et ne peux plus réouvrir la porte, comment pourra-t-elle demander de l’aide ? Voilà

La chambre était correcte dans l'ensemble

Dans la nuit du 4 au 5 juin 2022 suite à un évènement automobile sur l'avenue de l'hôtel n'ayant pas de parking privé tout les voiture gare on était mis en fourriere mais avant cela la police municipale est passée dans les hôtel alentours pour dire au réceptionniste que si il y avait des client qui avait gare sur l'avenue de leur demander de les déplacé chose qui non même pas prix la peine de faire frais supplémentaire taxi plus fourriere 150€ pour un manque de communication non n'y retournerons plus

Location here is excellent for access to everything within the City and also proximity to the Train Station.

We have no complaints. We were on a room only basis, so cannot comment on the food.

Listing said tea and coffee making facilities but there was no kettle in the room. The TV didn't switch off with remote.

It was in a perfect position to see perpignan. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception who recommended a fantastic place to eat. Breakfast is buffet style adequate to see you through your morning.

There was an awful drain smell in the room, which has been reported. It was mainly when you first went in and at night.

i often stay at this hotel, it has a fantastic location and the staff ( especially Maxime) are always incredibly helpful.

Stayed in a suite with king bed and sofa bed. The bed was large and very comfortable. Dog friendly. Central location. We parked on the street for free until 9am the next morning.

Sadly the bathroom had a drain issue. Luckily we had 2 shower rooms so we were able to shut the door of the smelly bathroom and just use the other.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Really welcoming. Very clean, mini fridge in room very useful for cooling drinks and snacks. Perfect location for a sightseeing break, as right in the middle of town with Cathedral right behind the hotel, and view from balcony great. Would recommend.

- The terrible foul smell of drains prevalent throughout the hotel, which appeared worse in the corridors of floor 4 & 5 ! -The hotel was tired and desperately in need of refurbishment - very small double room, 2ft 6” shower cubicle & toilet with poor flushing mhanism! - poor customer service, no explanation of breakfast facilities, plates wee not taken away between courses ! coffee machine didn’t work properly! Capachino coffee gave hot chocolate !. The old toaster took several minutes to work . - croissants were left out on reception uncovered for you to eat 24 hours a day ! - There was a caged bird in the reception area with remnants of its daily feed on display . - No bar service or lounge area - No kettle or tea making facilities in your bedroom - Very poor hotel that’s just changed ownership from Best Western to Windsor . - Atm it’s possibly only a 2 star hotel advertising as a 4 star - overall it’s in need of some TLC & refurbishment

You won't find a better location to experience Perpignan, or people more pleasant and helpful than Alexandre and his staff - with special mention to Alexandre. The hotel itself is one of those older and smaller properties, but a good value for money. Our room was super clean, with comfortable (twin) beds and a freshly re-done bathroom that was also super clean, and spacious considering the size of the room. Alexandre was also able to give us a room on the top floor, which even had a small balcony facing the park across the street - a nice added bonus. And they are pet-friendly, even allowing us to leave our (well-behaved) dogs in the room while we went out for dinner, which many places don't.

Wish it had been a double bed and not twin beds. The website wasn't clear about that.

Breakfast choice was not enough selection, and the bread was stale.

Fresher bread and more choice. The condiments in the room were not sufficient for the length of our stay. ( 2 days)
