Owners were there to meet us and went through everything we needed to know about the Villa and how to use the trams and nice places to visit. When I contacted the owner during our stay he was very quick to respond. Thank you so much to the owners it made our holiday so much easier. You do need to use the tram if you wanted to visit anywhere or go to shops but the taxis service was also really good. We had our food delivered and there’s several takeaway places that also deliver. The Villa and pool were absolutely amazing, clean and equipped extremely well. Lots of different seating areas outside. The inside and outdoor areas are massive and plenty big enough for our family of 11. The sea views were beautiful. We will definitely be booking area. Thanks again for making our holiday so special.

Lovely villa in a great location. Easy to get to from Alicante on public transport. Tram stop is a minute away but is very quiet. Plenty of room both inside and out. Well equipped kitchens. Only negative was wifi was only available in one room. Would recommend for a very relaxing stay.

Fabulous stay location is brilliant our host and his wife where great and very welcoming and provided useful info to access Alicante and Benidorm via tram. This property is front line and has steps down to sea, we went snorkelling which was amazing. Bars and restaurants just one or two stops on tram. Only issue during heatwave was we needed air con x

We stayed here for 9 days with family and friends, and will most likely be back! Nicely situated by the sea, 1 minute walk to the tram, superb poolarea and a very helpful host!

Very tired authentic Spanish Villa. Although it can sleep up to 12 it was not comfortable for 10 adults. No dinning areas around the villa were set up for 10 adults. We had to move furniture between floors and add on tables. The bedroom that has four beds is really only suitable for children and I had four adult ladies in that room. No wardrobe space and it was very cramped and they had to live out of suitcases. Bathroom facilities are good. Two kitchens so we found everything we needed between the two. BBQ needed a good clean when we arrived also. Beds were comfortable. The outside living area and pool area are very good and plenty of room and the sea views are too die for. Pool was not ready for the summer season as it was merky and being cleaned. We were advised not to take the cleaning pipe out but told we could use it but it was not clean enough to use. Great that the villa is in a very quiet area which is what we wanted but just a three minute walk to the local tram. No local shops though. I ordered our groceries from Mercadona which is an excellent groceries delivery service. The owners were lovely people and very helpful.

There were no issues, the host was great, the facility was just what we expected and were very happy with everything.

A lovely villa with private grounds and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and there was something for everyone. German our host was very helpful and welcoming.

We were a party of 9 adults and 2 babies and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Villa. As there were so many of us we wanted somewhere where you didn’t have to hire a car and this location was excellent as the tram stop is literally at the end of the street but minimum noise can be heard from the tram. We had a few cloudy days but as the beach is right outside the garden gate we had a lovely swim every morning. Pack some crocs though as there is a lot of pebbles before you reach the sandy part in the sea. Walk to the right when you head down the steps leafing out from the garden and there is a little small pebble path into the sea which is easier than climbing over the bigger rocks like we did on our first day!! German was very helpful about the accommodation and nearby facilities and is there to greet you when you arrive. As we didn’t hire a car we ordered two shops from Mercadona, very easy to do- just register, add items and you are given a two hour time slot when available. … saves carrying all your shopping (drinks!) We all went to Benidorm one day for 2.50 euros per person, return, took about 50 mins but enjoyed and well worth a visit. Didn’t think I would like it but loved it! Pool was warm enough for us but cold for babies but as we had taken a small blow up paddling pool this was not a problem. Would recommend this villa for a lovely family break. So sad to be home, wish I was back there swimming in the sea! Thank you German and Maria x

What a fabulous time we had, primarily due to the location of the villa on the beach - the sound of the waves and beautiful outdoor views totally made it. As a party of 10, we had lots of space and found the villa well equipped. Due to the unprecedented night time temperature (25C) it was difficult to sleep on occasion but during the day there was generally a lovely breeze. Plenty of space for those of us sun worshippers to laze and equally lots of shade for those that preferred to keep out of the sun. We swam in the sea every day outside the villa and enjoyed paddle boarding at the next beach down , coveta fuma, the next tram stop up towards benidorm although it’s only a 15 minute walk (where there was a local shop and lovely restaurants. ) El compello is lovely and easy to get to via the tram which is simple to navigate. (2.50 euros return ). We arranged the shopping to be delivered from mercodonia which was efficient and easy (you need to put 50 euros in the shopping basket before you can access the availability slots). We didn’t go to benidorm as we’ve visited before but our young people did go for the night. The last tram back leaves relatively early so they stayed out until the first tram back about 6am. A fabulous, relaxing holiday which was enjoyed by three generations.

We loved our stay at the villa and did not want to come home. German greeted us and showed us around when we arrived he also arranged our taxi’s to the airport. Went went on many trips on the tram into El Campello as needed to get food. The villa was a great size for us all especially handy having two kitchens. The pool was always warm and the beach below was amazing snorkelling in the sea which was also warm. Thankyou German for a lovely stay will return again in the future..

Family of 6 adults had a wonderful week at Villa Sunrise. The villa was huge both inside and out. Lovely pool and terrace with amazing views out to sea. Great location less than a minutes walk to the tram line. German met us upon arrival and showed us around his home. Very easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. Such a great location right on the beach, the sound of the waves at night was so soothing. Would highly recommend and will definitely look to make a return visit

Outdoor area & view were superb, some of the outdoor seating in need of refurbishment but overall fine. The terrace was both spacious & well furnished to take in the sea views. Kitchen well equipped & everything we needed for a relaxing few days break. Downside the boiler broke on the first day resulting in no hot water for 3 days, to be fair to Germán he did all he could to have it repaired but it did impact on our holiday having plumbers in for 3 days & the inconvenience of no hot showers. Overall a lovely property for a quiet holiday which is ideally located via the tram to El Campello & Alicante.

We are a family with grown ups and we used Villa Sunrise as a gathering point flying in from different places. The nice host German is a fast responder on messages and helped us with taxi and all of our questions before arrival and also under our stay. I can strongly recommend this villa for short or longer stay, you will get a fantastic calm vacation in a very nice and spacious villa with it´s beautiful pool and garden.

With our family we had a great stay in this comfortable private property. The house and garden are tastefylly furnished and decorated. Cearly not a standard rental property. The location op the plot is superb. The owner checken us in and showen us around. We can highly recommend this property where everything is available for a comfortable stay

We were a family of 7 adults and 3 children, including a young toddler. German and Maria met us on arrival and showed us around and are very easy to communicate with throughout the holiday. Unfortunately the property was a disappointment and we would not describe it as a luxury property as advertised., though it is apparent it once was. The house and garden were not in the condition expected for a luxury villa but we're somewhat neglected. There had been a problem with blinds, the T.V and WiFi which initially wouldn't work. The sun loungers were in poor condition and one is in need of repair, as is the pool which also needs some repair around the edges. The BBQ is very old and falling apart and difficult to light. There were no toys for the children as advertised which was also a disappointment and the house is generally cluttered and not child friendly. The basement toilet was also very smelly. The large tree in the garden is overgrown and blocking light to the house and garden, putting it in the shade in the afternoon and blocking views from the villa. On the positive side, the bedrooms were all a good size with plenty of storage space and the beds are very comfortable. Despite the issues we still had a good holiday but it is unlikely we will return.

We had some unforgettable days there! The location and garden are really stunning. Points to improve: 1) jacuzzi is not working, they should mention this in the information. 2) There are various notes in the house asking to use electricity consumers (as dishwashers etc.) only at some off peak hours, in our opinion this is not done when you have guests over paying a good price for the house. But these are minor things, overall a great place to spend time with family. Thank you German and Mayca!

Sunrise villa is beautiful with amazing sea views, large gardens excellent pool. German met us on arrival to show us around his stunning property and was available on WhatsApp should we need anything, german was very helpful with any questions we had and helped with booking a taxi and information on the local area with shops restaurants and tram service. We were a family of 5 children and 7 adults the property accommodated us perfectly, theres private gate access down to the beach and the gardens and pool area were an amazing space. We are a geographically dispersed family and looked for a place where we could meet and share a reunion over the Christmas and New Year Holiday. This beautiful villa in El Campello was the perfect meeting place. We were blessed by the hospitality and our hosts went so far as to help us with a Christmas tree and some decorations to enhance the holiday spirit. Our family is already scanning ahead in hopes of making a return visit. We offer our highest recommendation on a property that really does exceed expectations on every level. May your family and friends enjoy this special space and place as we have.

The pool was a little cold although this was to be expected at this time of year. The sea was warmer so we spent time snorkeling and because of the rocks, there were lots of fish to see. Water shoes are essential however. The tram is around the corner and so accessible. German organised an airport transfer for us and this was a great service, working out around €10 p.p each way. There was no need for a car, as the tram stopped outside supercor supermarket only 2 stops away. This really was a fantastic villa, and I cant recommend it enough. We would love to come back. The only thing that would have made it perfect, was if there had been a kayak, or paddle board at the villa to use in the sea, as I could not find anywhere close by to rent one. All in all this is definitely a 5 star location, and I want to thank German for opening up his home to us.

The house and surrounding it is in very good condition, very beautiful garden completely closed and consequently very child friendly. Then only one minute walk to the train stop, which runs every half hour to both Benidorm and Alicante, no car needed. The view is very beautiful with the sea directly outside. We enjoyed staying in the house and its surroundings for ten days, and highly recommend it. Thanks for us, we´ll be back.

From allowing us to arrive early to showing us around the glorious house, arranging taxis and finding restaurants for two of our party who are vegans. The house itself was perfect and easily accommodated our party of 10 (3 couples and 2 sets of friends). Close to the sea which is literally outside the back gate. Each room was of a decent size (2 doubles and 3 twin bedrooms) and we even had two kitchens which was perfect as it allowed our vegan friends to cook separately. The pool was clean and of a good size with plenty of room to sunbathe. The tram stop is a 1 minute walk away, without being noisy, and can take you to Alicante or as far as Benidorm for just a few euros return. Some practical advise for anyone considering renting this villa:- All towels including beach towels were provided.- There is a local taxi company who have mini bus transport for large airport transfers which German can contact for you.- Mercadona and Aldi supermarkets in El Campello are 2 tram stops away and are also walkable (about 40 mins for those more energetic)- The house has a lift for anybody with walking difficulties or even for moving suitcases!- In the main kitchen there is a fresh water tap for drinking and cooking saving buying lots of bottled water. All in all a wonderful place to stay which would all like to return to one day. Thank you German for your hospitality. Hope to see you again.

This Villa is absolutely beautiful. German was Very helpful & met us on arrival to show us round &tell us about the local area. The villa has wifi which was great for the kids & the views are amazing. The tram makes it easy to get around, we went into El campello, Alicante & Benidorm, we didn't need a car. There are also a few restaurants, a small shop and a beach one stop on towards Benidorm if you don't want to go too far, the Chinese there is lovely. over all you couldn't really find a nicer villa to stay the house and the views are even better than the pictures, we stayed In one night and had a bbq which was nice & we ate outside most of the time. we would love o stay here again.

What a lovely home away to stay in. Quiet location, it’s own access to the beach, ample space, beautifully maintained airy fresh home with clear pool. The basement appears to have been purposed in the past as a separate apartment which we used at night to enjoy for family meals, games and TV when it got chilly outside. Though there were plenty of choices of where to dine on the property, we dined at night there. Breakfast was often taken on the sunny terrace with lovely flowers overlooking the sea... beautiful. The lift made the whole property easy access for my parents in their 80s who have mobility issues, which was one of the main attractions for us when we made this reservation. German was very friendly and helpful who introduced us to his home. His kindness and sincerity we will never forget. We felt at ease as soon as we met. We didn’t bother hiring a car as the tram stop was just around the corner and again easy access. Just pay on the train - press the top left hand button on screen to change the language and follow instructions. Our station was Amerador. Coveta Fuma 1 stop north has a small shop for incidentals and just a short walk takes you to a square with a choice of bars and restaurants and play area for children. 2 stops south is El Campello with lots of sandy beach and choices of restaurants along the promenade. Pretty shops and supermarkets and a very helpful tourist information centre. Everything about this rental was easy. One of my family commented they loved falling asleep at night to the sound of the sea waves they were so close. I loved that each area of the garden revealed a little something of interest be it the unusual vines climbing up and revealing their scented flowers or a squirrel sitting on the tree fishing out the pine nuts from the ripened cones in a magnificent pine tree spreading its branches to afford us some shade in the hot sun. The tranquility and beautiful surroundings was gold. I certainly recommend this property. If you can’t get a reservation this year ( as i suspect you won’t), then make an early booking so you don’t miss out next year. Thank you German for your hospitality.

Just as described online. The house overlooks the sea and you get direct access via a gate in the large garden. You need rafters or preferably rubber booties because of the rocks etc but it’s worth it. Very quiet. The tram runs every 1/2 hour and stops 2 mins from the house. You can walk to a row of restaurants in about 12 mins. There’s also a great gym by the shops and costs just €7 per day. Opens at 9-1 and 5-9. We took the tram into El Campello a couple of times where there is a great beach and lots of restaurants. German was super helpful with suggestions. We also got access the the house at 11 am because there were no prior guests checking out. All round highly recommend this house. Enjoy
