Die Jugendherberge befindet sich nur ein paar Kilometer vom Zentrum von Lugano entfernt, Der Ort ist zaberhaft. Sehr schöne Anlage, sehr sauber, gepflegt, viele verschiedene Sachen zum machen,
Ich war in einem Mehrbettzimmer. Ich hatte genügend Platz und es war sehr schön eingerichtet.
Toller Aussenbereich mit Pool, Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen, Pingpong-Tisch, usw. Es wird hier definitiv nicht langweilig.
Sehr schöner Garten mit viel Schatten und Liegestühlen am Pool. Absolut ruhige Lage. Das Angebot Für Kinder im Außenbereich ist sehr gut und großzügig gestalltet.
3 Min zum Bus. Zum Zentrum von Lugano sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Ich konnte meine Sachen im Küchenkühlschrank lassen. Aber die Küchenzeiten waren sehr restriktiv. Es schloss um 21:30 Uhr. Es konnte nicht genutzt werden, während das Frühstück serviert wurde.

Le domaine de l'auberge est arboré, somptueux et ultra équipé : transats, BBQ, piscine, terrain de foot....
Les salles communes sont agréables. Le personnel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont équipées de bouilloires et de lavabos, ce qui est très pratique.
Bien qu'éloigné du centre, le lieu est facilement accessible par bus et proche des commerces.
Les oreillers sont peu confortables et le lit mezzanine à mi hauteur avec les tablettes de nuit juste au dessus de la tête sont assez peu pratiques pour se redresser dans le lit.
Par ailleurs, nous avons logé en même temps qu'un groupe de jeunes qui ne respectait pas les horaires du soir.

My kids loved the property. There were lots of things to do for the kids including swimming pool.

We did not use the pool but I have seen it and liked it; the breakfast was very good, excellent coffee!!! And the cleanlyness is outstanding!!! We will come again!!!!!!

Lovely warm welcome from Eva and Michele on the front desk who were both very helpful throughout our stay. Really helpful to be given guidance on downloading the free public transport app for those who didn't fancy the walk to the hostel uphill. Nice grounds and facilities e.g. pool. Great to have a supermarket nearby and a nice restaurant (La Ticinella) across the road. Appreciated the sustainability efforts of the hostel. A great place overall.
Found the bed a bit uncomfortable and hard to regulate the temperature in the room through the night.

One older woman with grey hair at the reception desk was very mean and rude toward me when I asked for use of kitchen and hot water. She yelled at me and she made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable and she made me feel that I want to quit my traveling in Europe all together. That was the worse incident that happened to me during my 3 nights stay in the hostel. I will NEVER go back to the place no matter how good the facility is!

Great accommodation option in Lugano. Friendly staff, amazing facilities including a pool and lots of green areas, comfortable rooms and very clean common areas (bathrooms, kitchen, TV room).
The hostel is not located outside city center, so either a bus (15min max, run frequently) or a 30-40min walk is needed to reach the center. All information is provided and having the Ticino ticket for free public transportation is a big plus! The breakfast is good - having eggs would make it 100%

It's an absolute oasis of a place. The garden area with the pool is amazing.
Room was basic (very small shower) but perfectly adequate for our needs.
We intend to go back for longer next year to explore the area and enjoy the facilities at the hostel more.
All restaurants and takeaways nearby were closed so we ended up in McDonalds. Will be more prepared and make use of the kitchen next time we stay.

The accomodation was good and according to specifications. Aircondition was fantastic and staff super helpful.
Parking is lowsy especially for larger vehicles (and if you have bike racks almost impossible). The attic rooms have no possibility for drying clothes or towels and this makes it a problem.

It had a nice atmosphere, comfortable room and the property had a really nice garden and grounds to sit in, a laundry service was also provided

Amazing hostel with a swimming pool. I like every minute of being there. A huge area, where you can find your private spot and a lot of outdoor activities. Friendly stuff.
The only shower & toilet room wasn't identified in terms was it common or female one.
