A great hotel in every respect. There was nothing to complain about, I was completely satisfied. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The location is perfect as it is central but not too noisy. The shopping center terminal is only a few minutes away on foot. The beach is also within walking distance. In addition to delicious cuisine and a perfectly equipped gym, my personal highlight was the rooftop with pool, restaurants and bar. The view over the entire city and the beach is phenomenal and probably one of the best places to see the sunset. From now on one of my favorites in Pattaya.

직원들은 너무나도 친절하였습니다. 그 중에서도 6층 직원 리안은 나한테 너무 극진한 대접을 해주어 기분 좋은 추억이 되었습니다. 또한 방도 넓고 좋은 블루투스 스피커가 설치되어 있었습니다. 그리고 옥상에 수영장은 파타야 다른 호텔보다 너무 잘 꾸며져 있습니다. 파타야에 머무른다면 여기 호텔에 묵는것을 적극 추천합니다.

리셉션 직원들의 실수가 두번 있었습니다. 예약된 방과 다른 룸을 주었으며, 다른 투숙객이 있는 방을 주기도 하였습니다. 그러나 바로 실수를 인정하고 실수를 정정해주었습니다. 이것 또한 추억이 될 것입니다.

Location

Tv channels is very limited in Arabic,you should have more selections.the theme of hotel is ok,,however dark colors should be reevaluated. moreover, your food selection has no Halal food which should seriously be considered since you have people of Muslim staying in your hotel. Also the telephone regarding room service, etc. etc. Housekeeping, etc. should be active and ready. Yes you have an application. However, telephones are basic noise is very high. You should work on keeping it quiet as possible as most people come for leisure or work .

Lynn's service at the vip club was the best . The cleaner was very helpful to clean up our room and all the staff was great. Includes the fixing our ride and driver that was very helpful to take us to the road. The car was very comfortable. Sky bar is one of the best that i had. With great views. We will be again for sure .

Price

The location is ok. A little off the beaten track but good for shopping and spas. Easy to travel on baht busses to and from. 10 min walk to beach road and to Centre Point shopping center.

Staff doesn’t speak English very well. Accident involving old worn out hand towels cost me 30 USD fine at checkout. They said it should actually cost 60 but they gave me a 50% “discount” for towels that should have been discarded years ago. Some friendly receptionists some angry and bitter looking. Air conditioning sub standard and shower shifting radically between burning hot and freezing cold. Bathroom toilet very old not very representative of 5 star. Rooftop bar a tourist trap and no umbrellas. Beware of sunburn. Pool is a bit suspicious as there are sweaty oiled up people getting in and out without showering. Decor outdated. All in all ok for a couple of nights but avoid the overprice at high season and shop around. There are better values for the money in Pattaya.

Hotel was in a good location, just a short walk to the beach and right opposite a food market. The views from the pool area are absolutely spectacular. Especially the employee named ‘Ploy’ went above and beyond expectations. Absolute asset to the business.

Hotel insisted on a deposit which I felt was quite high. The food and drink prices at the hotel are also astronomical in comparison to a restaurant just outside. Some days water bottles were not replenished. Some days the rooms weren’t made until 4/5pm in the afternoon when you return from your adventures and want to freshen up. Internet is not the best connection. The air con gives out very wet and humid air.

I booked double bed with sea view and originally got sea view with balcony but only 2 single beds pushed together, on saying no they found me a double bed but only part sea view and no balcony

the pool area is lovely but too small for the amount of people that want to lay by the pool and it’s too full
