Staff were very helpful for late checkin and the room was comfortable - a blessing after a long work day

The staff were brilliant and the cabin was very clean and well supplied - linen, cutlery etc

The lighting in the room was very dull, although there were two mirrors in the room unless the sun was strong they were poor. The bathroom was well lit but cold, especially as the fan was on continuously with the light . Applying makeup can take a while and for two with only one well lit mirror was time consuming

The freezer in fridge didn’t keep our ice cream frozen

the guests in the three adjoining rooms were chain smokers that actually stunk of smoke the whole time we were there. disappointing this occurred m. clearly this prevented us from using the veranda or leaving the door open.

It is so close to Sovereign hill we loved and visited twice. It is worth going twice for us And the pool is a bit small but that’s ok our kids loved it. The reception lady is so nice and kind though We had such a wonderful holiday there

Just a little bit of a shame that our cabin was not clean enough but it is ok.
