Lovely hosts, nothing was too much for them, helpful if you had a problem. Very friendly. Eleni 's grapes were most delicious from her own vines. Hopefully will use Kostas again

The best thing about the apartment was how welcomed you are by Blanka and Manolis. They are always checking in to see that you are okay. The apartments are about half an hour away to Heraklion airport and you are near lots of shops, restaurants and mini markets.

Everything was great! You have to pay 6€ extra to have the A/C turned on. Be prepared if you’re coming during the summer.

We stayed here for a 9 days long vacation and enjoyed every bit of it! Blanka was really nice and helpful, what’s more could provide us very practical and useful information about which program to go and when, what to expect and so on, doesn't matter if it's an excursion via an agency or a self made tour. If we had a question/problem she was there to answer/solve it and we really appreciated it :) The accommodation was perfect for the two of us, cozy and spacious, equipped with a kitchen which was really useful since we did not want to eat every day in a restaurant. The balcony was lovely, spent several meals there in the late hours. Since it was facing the street it was a little loud if you left the window open for the night, but no problem if closed. Too many quad guys everywhere which is very noisy, but it was not the accommodations fault. During our stay our room was cleaned up a couple of times which was cool, since there is no way you can avoid bringing back some sand from the beach :D Beach was within a 5 minutes walk, we preferred the left one just as Blanka recommended :) The location is just perfect, the bus stop is nearby so public transportation is within reach. You can get there easily from the airport and back, but also recommend the transfer for the first time, so u can get familiar with the surroundings and also can have a pleasant talk with Blanka on your way :D What is nearby: supermarket in the street ,really close and a couple of good restaurants. The italian and asian ones next to the buildings are great! We also loved the backery called Sweet world just around the corner! There was also a cocktail place nearby (Africa bar), of course there are much more, feel free to explore. All in all thank you for the kind welcoming and for the opportunity! People don't hesitate to reserve ;)

The owners are super cute and nice! They meet us in the airport, even when our flight was delayed for two hours. Blanca is really helpful, friendly and responsive! We were super excited of everything and for sure will come here again. I can highly recommend this place for spending nice holidays in Stalis!

Lady at the reception was very nice. Spacious parking lot directly in the front for free.

AC was extremely loud, we both had to use earplugs. Room is quite small but ok for 1-2 nights.

The accommodation is situated in a good location close to all bars and restaurants and shops, good supermarket at the top of the street, the appartment was spotlessly clean, the host was lovely we were welcomed every day with a lovely smile and asked how was our day, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely stay in these apartments again and would definitely recommend.

No problem with anything

Great location for getting around, close to restaurants and beach. Appartments are very clean. The Kostas family are very welcoming and caring and would like to thank Blanca for being such a good host, as well as picking us up and taking us back to the airport.

Like I said good location close to bars and restaurants beach not to far away. Clean apartments with the restrictions in place.

There was nothing not to like good location, comfortable.

The hosts were super nice and welcomed us in their accommodation with open arms. We stayed 6 nights and then we extended with 4 others and we've been happy there. -The rooms got also a kitchenette with all you need (Silverware, pots etc) and we could make breakfast in the room and eat it outside on the balcony. -The room was quiet, we left sometimes the door open for ventilation. (we had no AC) - The closest spot for the beach is 3 minutes away. - the place got plenty of restaurants and also a supermarket in the area - right in front of the hotel is a big parking space For us was a great trip and this was also because of the accommodation so I would go again at Kostas. They offered to make clean every day and we refused other than new towels. Thank you very much to the family for a great stay.

I would put a shower cabin I don't know the new COVID policy but I would let in the room soap and toiletries or I would ask people if they want when they check in.
