Lovely and peaceful place to stay, nice and kind stuff, very good breakfast

Nice and quiet place. Not far for local interesting places ti visit. Decent breakfast

They are located near local farm, so you can expect a little bit of farm "smell" which sometimes might be bit annoying (note: we were visiting place during summer time, might be different during other periods of the year)

Beautiful house in a wonderful green environment, big and clean room, comfortable bed (although a bit too soft for my taste ;-)), nice bathroom with good shower! Friendly staff, very good breakfast, well working WiFi, free parking on secure ground. Perfect stay and I would anytime stay here again! Děkuji mnohokrát a s pozdravem!

The place is very nice and the atmosphere is very nice I highly recommend.

The beds were not so comfortable.

The locality is great for your trips around. This region is rich of attractions, in terms of history (castles) and nature (Krkonoše, Český ráj not far from here). Beds were ok, the appartment was clean and big, the breakfast is suitable and enough (good bakery, home youghurt, very nice apricot cake!), athough there is not a huge variety of choice (I did not mind) given the few appartments in the structure. All the structure is very well maintained, they care of it. There are even some climbing frames for kids outside and a special room with toys inside. U just have to be carefull because of the near standing pond. Sheep up the hill are cute and make the rural atmosphere. Spacious parking is inside.

I am probably too much used to Italian cordiality, so I missed a smile and more warm behaviour upon our arrival. Given the wooden floors you can hear other guests speaking and walking around but it was not a big deal, as the sleeeping time was respected. Generally it was calm. There were some mosquitos in the room, but strangely none of them bite us:-) The breakfast time (8-9) could be longer, at least till 9.30.

Employes are really friendly. The suroundings are great too, perfect for people who like nature. The room was superb, the food was delicious. The local beer is amazing! Thank you for the stay 😉
