Great home, had everything you needed. A/C in bedrooms didn't cool well. Other than that, perfect.

Great place in Lake Worth. Close to everything.

I spent the month of Feb here with my dog, and it worked well for us. The house is older, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has all new appliances and cabinets, and is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Another benefit of an older home was amazingly good water pressure and lots of hot water, with a great rain showerhead. The bed I slept in was very comfortable, and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the family room for rainy days. There are smart TV's in 3 rooms, with a Roku for streaming, and free Netflix. There are window unit air conditioners, and I also used the space heater that was provided a few times when it got down in the low 50's at night. A fenced in yard is a must for me, as well as having outdoor space. There is plenty of seating on the patio and the yard was very private. I also used the grill several times. The only downside was that the neighbors were occasionally fairly loud, and a couple of times played loud music late into the evening on the weekends. The location is very convenient to the beach, and there is plenty of parking at the "casino" for $3.40/hour. I would call the neighborhood 'transitional'. There are some homes that are well maintained and landscaped, and others that were more rundown with weedy yards. The house does face the wall of I-95, so there's a constant hum of the traffic, but I actually found that soothing. The owner is very responsive, I had no issues, just a few questions.

This rental was a last-minute change due to another service cancelling on me 2 days before I travelled. The listing is accurate and the logistics were easy.

I was very pleased with the location and the parking that was important for me because I had a Cargo Trailer and it fit like a charm. Me and my family we’re very happy with this stay. Hope we can repeat the visit to the area and booked this location again.
