Not upto the mark. Breakfast finished very early before given timings.

Property location is very good very near from the railway station. Staff is helpful breakfast and others food is good. Rooms are neat and clean parking facility available

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Dehradun. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Treebo Trend Elysee offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

from the outside the hotel looked great but rooms were nothing like advertised.

I booked a king and queen room but the rooms I got were exactly the same. to be honest booking.com should be ashamed of them self as the rooms were nothing like advertised on the booking.com website . no hot water either in the morning nor at night. rooms were not clean and did not have towels in room shampoo nor soap until I had requested it. was not told how to use safe so carried all belongings with me. the food menu in hotel did not look appealing and when I went to the restaurant no staff available. would I tell friends to use booking.com no as I feel they do not check the hotels they advertise to those clients.

It’s definitely not a four star and not value for money. Wi-Fi was not working. Breakfast was served after 2 hours of official time because there was a function previous night hence staff was not available.

Property is good clean and decent , however location snd near by needs are not available.

Everything !! It's not what it looks like... Pathetic would actually be a compliment ! It's broken... The rooms are literally, practically in all sense broken! I say rooms because we tried checking in another room.. Yu need to tell them when you're showering so that they'll turn on hot water. My stay was 5 minutes exact and i left for an actual hotel !

Staffs are bad mannered. Bed sheet was not clean and torn. No water in bathroom. No water in the shower. Bathroom door was not closing and because of that room was sticking. Room rent is absurd. One day rent should not be more than Rs 1000 (according to the rooms provided). Lights are not working properly. Plugs are not functioning.
