Clean and really well situated. Close to good eateries, supermarket and tram stops. Earplugs thoughtfully supplied for those who aren't used to inner-city hustle and bustle. The updated bathrooms were exceptional.

No fans, so it got a bit warm and stuffy when we closed the windows to dampen the street noise.

I found dirty towel in the bathroom. Other than that there was no problem.

Super close to everything and well connected via public transport if you want to use it

The tram next to it can get super noisy. The hosts were kind enough to leave ear plugs for each of us.

Very nice and spacey apartments, especially for such price. The building is very close to the tram stop, several supermarkets in the neighborhood, close to the zoo.

I am not saying that this outweighs the positive aspects (at least for us), just think that it's worth mentioning. * Our apartment didn't have its own wifi spot, the manual told us to connect to one of the vodafone hotspots and choose the option "connect without account" or something like that but there wasn't such an option. Since we were only staying for one night it was okay but for a longer stay it would have been a problem to live on mobile internet only. * The kettle was a bit broken: the lid was opening when the water started boiling and this prevented it to turn off automatically. * The building stays right on a very lively crossroads, when the tram comes (and it happens very often) it's pretty noisy. The hosts provide earplugs and it also seems to be better during the night because we managed to sleep through it without waking up every 15 minutes but still noticeable.
