The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. Making arrangements for transportation, private guides, massages and meals onsite, and even external restaurant reservations through Riad O made for a stress and worry free vacation. Our two rooms were beautiful and spacious.

Food, service, staff, property, were all fantastic. The food was exceptional be it dinner a snack or breakfast. Run by a lovely young couple who are so friendly and kind. Their staff are the same, just wonderful.
A few issues with WIFI and internet throughout the stay.

Peaceful, tranquil, clean and super comfortable bed. Extremely attentive snd friendly staff especially Abdul. Amazing views from rooftop and fantastic location. Lovely lounging outdoor and indoor areas.
Twice during the week there wasn’t enough hot water so had a luke warm shower. There was the sound of dripping water through the night as the toilet cistern was slowly filling.

Beautiful place. Eggs for breakfast were delicious. Staff all very helpful. Bed comfortable. Location great - quiet but close to the action. Really enjoyed a refreshing swim after a hot day exploring Marrakesh.
Room a bit small, but as expected in a riad (bed up against wall). Nothing I didn't like.

Riad O is a calming escape from the craziness of the Medina. The staff are attentive and the service is great. Booking a Riad can be overwhelming because there is so much choice but I wouldn’t hesitate to book Riad O again.

We don‘t know where to begin. We were greeted with some moroccan whisky and were shown were the most important sights are. After the welcome tea they showed us the Riad and led us to our room. The staff was super friendly and we felt more than welcome! The breakfast was always very delicious. We would highly recommend Riad O to everybody!

Amazing location and outstanding decoration (simple and yet refined with small details that make all the difference)
Also the scent throughout the Riad was impressive and quite relaxing!
The service is marvellous and all the staff is focused on our needs and above all always very kind.
The breakfast is great and a surprising twist to embrace Moroccan cuisine and its roots; however the fact that it changed every day and that some desserts, the different ways to present the eggs or even the fruit may not be of everyones’ taste a continental basics and a menu for a couple of options ( eggs and desserts, for instance) could be done as option for the daily breakfast ; we have had lunch there and the fresh pastas were as good as any Italian good restaurant!

Attentiveness of the owner and the staff, excellent cousine. Furthermore, Riad O is in a quiet location, but close to the main square. There are a lot of options for trips and guided tours, which can be booked directly by riad.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad O. It felt luxurious and the staff was amazing!!! Went above and beyond to serve us and help us. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop is really nice too! It’s so central and the feel is local and authentic.

Staff were friendly, helpful and very informative about the Riad and Marrakech in general. Manu went through a map, pointed everything out, gave recommendations and tips on how to approach things in the souks.
