This was an impulsive booking as we changed direction so I didn’t really know what to expect. Well, we were blown away, such a special property with amazing staff, views and facilities.

We were on the top floor and could hear footsteps from the restaurant above.

From the moment you arrive you are looked after. There is a sense of calmness and organisation which comes from the staff who you can’t help but think have all been chosen for their gentle, kind, caring nature, they make you feel as if you are a valued guest who you have known for years. The spa is exceptional and kept immaculate. It is so well run with fresh, dried fruits and nuts, hot and cold flavoured water constantly being replenished throughout the day together with the towels so whether you arrive first thing in the morning or last thing at night you will find the area in the same pristine condition.The reception staff want to make sure that whatever you do it is made as stress free and organised as possible by making a reservation at a local restaurant, arranging transport to and from the local town, finding out the best place to park when we visited Venice for the day, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant at breakfast was also well run and organised. We went for breakfast at 7:30 and at 10am,the service and food was as good at both times. We never had to wait to be served as you are looked after from the moment you sit down. Nothing in this hotel has been left to chance. The bed is so comfortable ,the sheets are so soft,the pillows are of different sizes so whether you’re sitting up or lying down you can find comfort. The attention to detail is second to none. There is soft relaxing music which is played throughout the hotel however when in your room there is complete silence due to the sound proofed rooms. Room service is also excellent. Thank you to everyone of the staff who did their job with a smile and in our opinion are what makes this hotel so special.

Facilities and staff were exceptional. Infinity pool was amazing and lots of sun loungers and areas to relax in the sun. Location very good with shuttle taxis provided into Limone by hotel.

we have just left and we are already planning our next stay. This is an incredible hotel and world class spa: the staff, the facilities, the location, the food, the wine, the design… the list goes on! an extra thank you to the staff, they were friendly, attentive and beyond hard working.

This could be the most amazing place in all of Italy. Pure Luxury!!!

The front desk is very pretentious. Had everything their government requires but they made us wait and then we had to get a taxi on our dime to get another covid test (and yes we are fully vaccinated and had just recovered from covid a month prior to this trip fully documented) Was told only Super Green Pass would be accepted. This place has their own shuttle service which wasn't even offered. Amazing Facility and everyone else at this place is top notch.
