Todo fue horrible. No vayas a este hospedaje. Tienen el checkin a la 15 hs y recién pude ingresar a las 18 hs. Las cortinas estaban en el piso. La caja de seguridad no funcionaba. La lavadora tampoco funcionaba. Las puertas de los baños están rotas, caídas y no cerraban. Las tapas de inodoro están sueltas. Hay bichos en la cocina y baños. Faltaba un TV. Las cerraduras de puertas y ventanas no funcionan. Los muebles de exterior son viejos. El servicio de habitación tiene costo extra. Y así puedo seguir 10 párrafos más....busca otra opción, no vale la pena perder tu dinero aqui

La estufa no funcionó bien, luego se tapó el fregadero, se lleno el apartamento de agua, los empleados tienen buen servicio pero al final no pude disfrutar de nada.

From the beginning to the end, we encountered issues with this property. Lack of water, clogged kitchen pipes, leakage of dirty water from the clogged pipes, issues with the internet, lack of accurate information at reception and overall, very poor maintenance of the apartment. In addition, the apartment that was given to us is not the same as in the pictures. Definitely not worth the price paid. Specifically, during our entire stay we had no water except for very limited time each day. This is not acceptable in a beach house, where people need to shower after the beach and need to keep fresh and hydrated. We could also not wash dishes when necessary and consequently cooking and serving meals was also an issue. This issue was also worsened by the fact that Reception has given us wrong information at arrival, saying that the issue would be fixed by the morning the next day, which did not allow us to prepare for this situation. It is not acceptable that a property in this region of the country has no water reservoirs and/or does not take measures to prevent this type of issue and alert its visitors with accurate information. We had to call maintenance a at least three times during our stay of two nights for the other issues. This is not acceptable for a holiday destination where people should be relaxing. I have been a customer of Booking.com for many years and have never had a situation like this. I do not recommend this place.

Everything very relaxing great staff from security to house keeping. Convince to travel to many locals shops and grocery. At the reception they were very welcoming and I have to give my 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇to Elvis he is very well informed and professional, just because staff like him and many other in the location I will definitely will come back and will recommended to many of my frequent travelers friends. Thank you again.

Seriously we didn't like a single thing about this place. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is scary—unsanitary and Unsafe conditions. Everything is broken, really smelly, and dirty. This place should be closed, demolished, and built out from scratch again. It is a truly terrible place. One of the worst places we have ever been to. We didn't expect much, judging by the photos, yet still, we were shocked to see the condition once we arrived. If we could, we wouldn't stay a single night in here. This place should be closed, demolished, and built from scratch again. The hotel was built in 2009 but is so rundown it is hard to believe it wasn't built in the 50ties. It is unbelievably dirty. We were disgusted with it. It was repulsing to touch anything!

The mattress, the furniture, the walls, the amenities, the facilities, everything was completely rundown. The mattresses were seriously falling apart and had old bugs stuck to them. The shower floods the entire bathroom, and the water gets to the bedroom. There are no blinds/shutters/blackout curtains whatsoever for a good night's rest! Zero!!! And there are a lot of "street lamps" shining straight right into the bedrooms. The patio glass doors are broken and won't close completely, giving the mosquitoes the way in. In addition, there are nails in the frames, and when the locks are supposed to be to keep the door together. Also, the main doors wouldn't close. We felt really insecure having to spend a night there and then leaving our possessions in there. Our daughter refused to sleep alone in her room. Everything was chipped, ruined, moss-grown, or simply not working. The bathroom stunk of sewage, and thy odor got to the bedrooms. The outdated AC worked only for the first few hours and then stopped. Also, you don't know the set temperature. Finally, it was loud and uncontrollable - either on or off, with nothing in between. The reading lamps didn't work. The TV was super small, but it didn't matter, because it didn't work! Many outlets didn't work and had dangerously loose cables sticking out from the outlets. The pool was nasty, dirty, old, with loud music, and smelled of marihuana. The beach was tiny and wild, and the stairs to get to the beach were really scary and not meant for kids or older adults. The restaurant was awful. Not a single tasty dish on the menu. The location is terrible: steep stairs everywhere, not for kids, not for anyone with health issues; it's in the middle of nowhere - no restaurants, no grocery shops, no endless sandy beach to walk, just this tiny stretch of some brownish/yellowish sand.

The view from the property is espectacular and frankly I think they rely on that knowing people will be so happy to see this piece of paradise on earth. The private beach is nice through there are so many beautiful public beaches in the area that that is not a reason to stay there. if you decide to come bring: eye masks in case you want to sleep in as window shutters may not work, dishwasher detergent, enough clothes so you don’t have to use their washer, food items, be prepared for lots of stairs and no handicap access.

nothing works properly anywhere and no one seems to be responsive nor helpful. our washer didn’t have water, our shutters didn’t work, the fridge leaked, one AC was warm. we called and they kept us waiting. when they finally came they didn’t know how to fix things told us they’d be right back and never returned.

I loved everything about Xeliter Vista Mare the villa was awesome very spacious and clean. The balcony was huge and amazing with a breath taking views. The restaurant on site was great the food was awesome a little pricey but good. The card system did not work at the restaurant so I had. To use all my cash.

They do not have an ATM on site I had to drive about 6 minutes to get to an ATM. They need to add one in their resort in the restaurant area. If the verifone card system would have worked we would have ate in the restaurant more often. So this is not an all inclusive resort like many others here however I had to pay extra for my nephews that at the last minute wanted to go with me I had a three bedroom apartment. The charges me an extra $300 dollars for them for the three nights for this reason I will not be back because it was not an all inclusive resort I paid for a villa that we clearly all fit. That was disappointing.
