Incredible Staff, very helpful, we could even take a shower at some common showers hours after check-out. Very fast internet for home-office.

Location is good, beds were ok, warm water in the showers

Everyone had to leave their keys to the lobby when they left the building which made us feel really uncomfortable. We felt like we were being watched over. When we arrived we were told that we have to get back to the hotel before midnight because the front door of the building closes at midnight. There was no mention about this in the site of the hotel. We were able to negotiate about the terms and they gave us the keys to the front door and we were also able to keep the key to our room to our selves. There was a safe in the room but it did not work.

This place has location, location, location. It's a one star hotel maybe but clean sheets, hot water.

Staff was very nice, and the location was excellent. Being next to the Brignole train station was very helpful during our stay. Also, the shower water was warm.

The wifi was very weak in our room, it would disconnect randomly, and was very slow at best. It occasionally stank of cigarette smoke in the room. The lights were very dim and cold. One night, it stank of sewer smell, and stayed that way until we told staff in the morning. That night, the shower in our room was also clogged. The atmosphere at the hotel was unsettling; there were stains on the blinds in the common bathroom, and the other guests were shady… Lastly, there was a used razor in our shower when we got to the room.

The room was very clean. Two beds apart and a shower in the room. Very private. We have to share the toilet, but we knew. The location was perfect. The centre was 20 minutes walk. Very nice!

It was very difficult to talk with the staff. The staff didn't understand us in English. The didn't know a lot of words, like covid test or check in etc. From a hotel in Genova you expect they can talk English.

I couldn't close the window perfectly and mosquito entered to the room, but probably I just didn't know the right way to close it Overall I am satisfied with my stay
