I like the the location and living room

Apartment old compare the pictures. One of the rooms didn’t had a curtain so we did has trouble relaxing in bed fue to neighbours turning they light on and off. Some cupboards in kitchen were about to fall and shower was very tight and small

The apartment is big enough but not the same as posted on the pictures. It was clean and complete kitchen wares.

The apartment is located beside the street, you will heard the noises of busy street and the loud noise from the main door of the bldg everytime it closes. The rooms have no window. The receptionist (a man) was very arrogant and don’t know how to talk with respect!

Big balcony and good location

The flat we were given had nothing to do with the pictures advertised-it was a huge disappointment! Small and uncomfortable bathroom, one of the bedrooms was facing internal space without any proper ventilation or air con, the place was not particularly well cleaned, the TV was not working, half of the bulbs in the living room were not working! We could not sleep the first two nights because of noisy parties next door, which flat was also rented by the same agency. When we complained, we were told that someone will be sent to speak with the group making noise, nobody came. Would not repeat at this property.

I book apartment with 2 rooms but when I arrive they give me 1 room and the room no have air conditioning

general appearance looks shabby and unkept the utensils weren’t sufficient for the people in our family, the bathroom doors squeaks VERY loudly, the noise from the hallway and next door apartments VERY noisy

the location was “ central “ depending if you like to walk. and is all I like about the property to be absolutely honest. although the place on the pictures looks nice is “nice “ there’s a money for value issue.

there were cockroaches in the bathroom, some light fixtures didn’t work. the bathroom door didn’t close properly, the couch was really uncomfortable and dirty, the single beds were really uncomfortable as well, the shower didn’t drained so as you were having a shower a little pool was forming. they sound very organised when sending messages after booking but when it comes down to talking to them what’s app is only Monday to Friday. would I stay there again ? if it’s half of the price of what I paid for, yes. otherwise I will pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

A scam! Booked the apartment with the rooftop terrace that was shown in the listing and paid extra for it, as other listings did not have pictures of the rooftop terrace or bigger rooms. we are a large family of 5 so booked more space for comfort. It was a non-refundable booking and once it was confirmed, I messaged the property to double confirm but they said that the rooms were on a first come first serve basis so it’s not guaranteed that we will get the room we booked originally on the site (and paid more for) - property wouldn’t give a refund under these circumstance even though it was misleading and under false pretences, so we had to go through with it and of course, the room we ended up with on the day was not the one we booked but instead a much smaller apartment that looked completely different to the one we booked. the hotel wouldn’t offer any compensation and although booking agreed we were in the right, they couldn’t do anything about it.

The place was a bit dirty and destroyed (spots on the walls, moving toilet, bad small in the bathroom, broken chairs). The pictures must have been taken a while ago.

The appartement was great. We were 4 people but it could’ve easily fitted 6-8 people. big kitchen with complete dishes and clean bathroom. The Balcony is very nice and relaxing. Supermercat and cafés are right next door. Reception was also nice. Will definitely visit again.

Location in 10-15 minutes. from Plaza de España and from Sants Railway Station, the nearest metro station in Tarragona (after Spain Square, take another stop). The support service was constantly available on WhatsApp and by phone and tried to solve technical problems that arose during the settlement (I will not describe, because the problems were solved and compensated). It is not good that the box with the keys was in one house, and the apartment where we lived in another and we had to walk with suitcases 500-600m and all together took an hour and a half. In the first apartment there were significant technical malfunctions and a day later, after many calls and messages, we were moved to others (although there is a positive that we were not ignored and tried to fix the case). The bathroom door did not close in either the first or second apartment. Technical malfunctions need to be revealed and eliminated before check-in of visitors, instead of in time - it took away our time and nerves

Maybe could add some stuff like coffee and napkins, that’s all.
