Fantastic location. Staff super friendly. Rooms were really clean and plenty of space.

Only downside was no kitchen as we wanted self catering but I should have checked that

Hotel is situated close to very nice beach with many restaurants and bars. Next to the hotel is car rental, it it very good for rent a car. There are also shops near the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a problem with airconditioner- did not work and the manager quickly replaced it with a new one. We spent a nice holiday in this hotel.

The room equipment was very simple.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! It’s excellent in all aspects. The rooms are simple yet nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. Actually, not just the rooms but the entire hotel in general. Very conducive for rest and relaxation! It exceeded my expectations! Very good value for money. And the hotel staff? They are very accommodating and professional. They will help you as much as they can. We had such an amazing time at the hotel, 6 days to be exact, that we will definitely choose this hotel again if ever we come back to Zakynthos in the future! It’s the best place to be! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very Friendly staff Big room Clean Close to supermarkets and beach

Rooms that don't don't face the pool (pool view) , are facing the main road. Every morning at 4 - 5 AM the garbage company starts emptying the garbage bins from main road. Every morning. Plus there is a near by Rent a car so you might hear car noise early in the morning. Hotel has no fault in this.

The Hotel is placed 5 minutes from the beach and aprox 10 minutes from the main street. This is perfect for people that desire to have a good night sleep, without the noise of the city center. The room was cleaned daily, we have asked as we saw previous reviews. The hotel specified that the room is cleaned on a daily basis, and the towels are changed every 3 days. Air conditioner is free, this is very important as it can get fairly hot at night. Everything we have asked was taken into consideration by the hotel staff. Everyone was very kind.

The shower is very small. Because of this one side is of the shower is opened. Therefore when you shower the bath is filled with water. There is a drain in from of the WC to help with this situation. The main issue is that that drain has a very powerfull sewage smell. If you forget to close the door when you leave the room, you will return to a very undesirable and bad smell. We did mention this to the staff and it was taken into cconsideration, but the differance was very small. I do not know if this is prevalent to our room(ground floor) or if other floors have this issue. There was also a lot of rust in the bathroom. We were two people in a room for 3. The size of the room was ok for two, altough for 3 it would have been very small. There is not enough furniture in the room for 2 people for a longer stay. There is a closet but again that was ok-ish for 1, max 2 people. We used the 3rd bed as a platform for our clothes after we used all the clothes hangers of the closet.

Very good location near the beach, quiet street and friendly staff.
