Rosemary and Ian are great hosts. My dog and I enjoyed walk to Sharkie beach, fresh eggs for breakfast and quiet location.

Austinmer was a lovely place to stay. Rosemary was friendly but didn't crowd you out. Very clean with freshly baked bread on arrival. Fabulous location. A short walk through parkland to the dog friendly beach. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

A very convenient and comfortable location. Clean and well appointed. Fresh homemade bread was a nice touch by Rosemary our host who made us feel at home.

We enjoyed a relaxing night at Austinmer Gardens B&B on our road trip with our 2 puppies. Accommodation was very comfortable and is in a great location. Breakfast was very good with freshly baked bread and lots of other options too. Highly recommend a stay at this B&B. We would gladly stay here again!

A good experience

Great spot for a short stay - close to beaches and shops yet very quiet. Rosemary looked after us very well even though we were only there for 1 night as we were attending a wedding. We had everything we could have needed and enjoyed our visit.

This B&B is charming, spacious and all that we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. It is a few steps away from a beautiful park, and close to stunning beaches and cosy cafes. The owner is friendly, professional, and welcoming - with freshly baked bread on arrival! We will certainly be back.

Rosemary and Ian are wonderful hosts, their generous breakfasts, freshly baked bread, and home laid eggs add to the homely atmosphere that ensures an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Our dog was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed the close proximity of the dog beach, just a short walk away from beautiful Austinmer beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Austinmer Gardens B&B. The place was spotless, spacious, light and airy with every requirement available, just like home from home. Particularly useful was the back garden gate access to the adjacent park where our dog could roam freely each morning. The proximity to the foreshore and beach was a bonus. Lovely to hear the lapping waves at night. We can't wait for our next visit. Our hosts could not be more welcoming or accommodating. Made us feel like family. Highly recommended !

Was a nicely set out place with plenty of room to make ourselves comfortable. Some freshly baked bread on arrival was a great touch and a welcome snack after the drive there. Separated shower and toilet are nicely laid out and suited us well. The living space is generous with a big TV so was perfect for relaxing.

Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to the shops, restaurants and cafes, this B&B is a true gem. Rosemary and Ian were lovely hosts who clearly know what guests need and like. The accommodation had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay including a loaf of freshly made bread on arrival. The fridge was stocked with breakfast provisions including bacon, eggs, full cream milk, butter and yogurt plus there was an assortment of goodies such as cereal, jam, Vegemite, fruit tubs, breakfast bars, coffee and tea. A lovely touch was the generous selection of teas provided. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and had everything we needed. Each of the bedrooms had a comfortable queen bed with one of the rooms having a balcony and a backdrop of mountains — a lovely spot to enjoy a platter and a glass or two of wine. If we are ever heading down that way again we will not hesitate to stay there a second time. It was perfect for us.

Cosy comfortable accommodation. Great location. Beautiful fresh from the oven - baked bread by Rosemary on arrival. Had a great overnight stay with family. Definitely will be back again.

A beautiful little slice of home. Rosemary was a wonderful woman who even helped me change a tire! The garden and area is stunning, there’s a delicious loaf of fresh bread waiting for you and a fresh bowl of water waiting for your fur baby. Less than a 2 minute walk from a dog friendly beach (6pm-9am). We’d happily stay again anytime.

Rosemary and Ian are lovely hosts of a beautiful place. There were so many thoughtful touches it is hard to cover them all. Freshly baked bread, huge breakfast hamper including bacon and eggs. Fresh milk, luxury towels and bedding, quality toilet paper - the list is endless. The property is wonderfully situated within walking distance to the beach, park and Headlands Hotel. We brought our little dog with us and he was welcome everywhere. The property was perfect for us and him. We will definitely be back again and again. Rosemary is an amazing cook and every night her dinners smelt so good we were envious of Ian. Maybe Rosemary should offer dinner, bed and breakfast packages. Good homely cooking is aways comforting.

Location was great, accomodation was clean and tidy and the hosts were very warm and inviting.

Rosemary and Ian have been running this lovely b&b for many years and are very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival you are greeted with the scent of your freshly baked loaf of bread, eggs are from the hens that are free to roam around during the day. Bacon in the fridge, a selection of teas and coffee, a big basket full of goodies. There is a little deck off the main bedroom with view of the escarpment, lots of trees and birdlife. The beds are very comfortable with crisp cotton sheets, there's handmade organic soap and nice thick towels. The whole place feels very clean, nice home away from home. The mandarin tree was heavy with fruit and we were given a big bag to take home. Thank you Rosemary and Ian, we'll be back for sure😊

The property was very well set up and provided a lovely, homey atmosphere. Hosts, Rosemary and Ian were very welcoming, even with a loaf of freshly baked bread upon arrival, and a very wide selection of breakfast items. The residence was centrally located to local places of interest and I was able to walk around the corner to a function at the Headlands Hotel in Austinmer. I would thoroughly recommend Austinmer Garden B&B as a very pleasant stay for singles or families and their pets.

Austinmer Gardens is a very relaxing, spotless place to stay. The location is great, so close to the beach yet quiet. Rosemary has supplied many treats and is a wonderful host. Loved it.
