We had 4 toddlers and the Caribe provided plenty of entertainment as there was no need to leave the property! The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and The three bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a plus!

It was 4 days if spending time with my family. The weather could have been a little nicer but we had a couple of good days.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves the entire trip! The unit was plenty big enough for our group of 8-5 adults-2 teens and 1 child. Plenty of space and room to spare! The resort offered something for everyone and we all got to relax and enjoy ourselves just the way we wanted for the week! Already thinking of planning another trip very soon!

This place is amazing. It’s huge with lots of sleeping arrangement possibilities which the kids loved. There is so much to do at the resort you may never leave! Clint was AMAZING at communicating and answering all my questions quickly. No complaints. Easy check in, easy check out. Parking space is the cherry on top!!

Very clean and convenient accommodations for our family of five with plenty of activities and amenities for older kids to enjoy on their own. Close to everything. Would rent again.

Lovely view of the Gulf

Clint was very easy to communicate with and quick responses. The condo was very clean and well equipped with all the expected necessities. The location in the Caribe is amazing close to everything restaurants, entertainment, shops etc. We are looking forward to booking here again for our annual fishing weekend.

I had my daughters 6th birthday here and we had the best time! Check in was easy, communication with the host was quick and responsive, the room was beautiful, as was the view! Our local friends were able to come for the day celebrate with us at no inconvenience at all! It was also very affordable! We will be staying here again for sure

Overall, what you see in the pictures & description is basically what you get, however, the condo could use a good cleaning (air vents were disgusting) new paint job, updating, and several cracked tiles throughout. Bed frame in master was also possibly broken from previous renter. View of the gulf was nice just wish it was a little closer and better access. Walk to the beach from shuttle is a little longer than anticipated and wish there was a beach cart for usage. Overall nice property, we would consider returning in the future, & enjoyed the pools! Communication from owner was excellent and thanks for allowing us to have enjoyable week creating many memories!

Great place to go and spend awesome family time making memories!

Our family especially enjoyed the spacious living area, kitchen and master bedroom and bath. It's helpful that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. We spent a fair amount of time on the expansive balcony with it's beautiful view. There was work being done on one of the outdoor pools and the lazy river. The splash pad wasn't in use which was a little disappointing, but the room itself was a dream! There were still at least 2 other outside pools and indoor pools to enjoy. There may have been more; I don't know. If we needed this size unit again, I would definitely stay here!

We had a great time at Caribe for Easter weekend. The weather was hit or miss with cold and rain, but still had a great time at the property. Plenty of indoor pool options, and restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient to have Caribe Marina for boat rental - staff was very friendly and accommodating changes in reservations due to weather. Property manager was awesome!

This was our first time in Orange Beach and we will be back. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The resort was clean and everyone was friendly. Clint was very quick to respond to questions. We were not pleased that the pool and lazy River were closed and that we didn’t know but the other pools were very nice. People who booked through the resort knew about this but private owners didn’t know to share with the people they were renting to. We were very surprised to come home to 5 people on out condo painting. However the resort told us this was normal and Again, the owner of the condo didn’t know that this was happening. I would just say to always secure your personal items because management has the right to access your room at any time. With all that said we did have a great time and will be back. But we will be a little more prepared and ask more questions when we book.

Codon itself had a few little issues. the lazy river and the deck pool was being worked on. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would return again.

Kids had a blast doing various activities. Weather wasn’t ideal but it was still a week at the beach. Doesn’t get much better. Clint is THE BEST to communicate with for anything!

The property and unit were nice and clean. The property manager was easily accessible.

This is the perfect condo for a stay in Orange Beach. Cobalt, an excellent restaurant is located right next door. Walking Paths exists along the bay and on the beach. The condo has massive windows for viewing the gulf. The three bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms are set up very well with the master bedroom having full windows for viewing the gulf. The condo complex amenities are outstanding, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, putt putt golf, large grass putting green, pickle ball court plus others.

It was a perfect place for our little family. We had the best time! The owner was helpful and easy to get in touch with whenever we needed him! We will definitely stay again!
