Die Lage ist sehr gut: wenige Gehminuten von Torres Serranos entfernt. Andere Sehenswürdigkeiten des historischen Zentrums - z.B. Zentrale Markthalle, Kathedrale liegen in ca 10 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß, Rathausplatz in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. In 10 Gehminuten (über die Brücke Pont de Fusta) gibt es eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle, die direkt zum Stand fährt. Die Jardin del Turia sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Personen. Es war alles für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (5 Nächte) vorhanden. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm und die Kommunikation verlief sehr unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Es gibt auch eine Rezeption, die von 9:00 bis 20:00 auf ist.

Draußen roch es leider mal mehr, mal weniger nach Abfluss - wir waren aber auch in einem der heißesten Monate (Juli) in Valencia

Perfect location location, close to the centre and good restaurants. Lovely clean and cosy apartment, ideal for a complete holiday. The presence of 2 bathrooms made the stay easier.

We had a wonderful stay at Valencia Home. The location was perfect & we felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The beds were very comfy.. The reception staff were very nice. Communication was really good via WhatsApp with the owners also. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Valencia as a city is lovely

This apartment was not lovely. -The noise from the other flats was absurdly loud during the night - The second "double bed" is a sofa bed, not an actual bed. This left my back in incredible pain - The separation of the "double bed" from the apartment is more akin to a hospital ward with a curtain pulled around. - Bathroom doors didn't lock - Exposed electrics in bathroom The quality of this apartment is something you would expect from a cheap halls of residence, not a holiday apartment

The location is perfect to reach all the city attractions, quiet during the night, vibrant during the day!

Location is in the old town, walking distance to everything. It's close to the river park where it's so beautiful place for walking, jogging. The room says it can sleeps 4 but I think 2 would be good number. Everything is sufficient and comfortable. The air conditioner works really well. The host was helpful and answer our questions promptly and is helpful. Our room is on the first floor which is 2nd floor so the balcony is smaller and has a metal cage for security. If you stay on 2nd floor up, you can have a true balcony with enough room to sit and just the regular rail, not cage. The room face a small plaza and you can see and hear neighbors talking and playing on the plaza. I enjoy it. There are 2 restaurants in the plaza and many other on streets around. There are convenience stores close by, CarreFour and Consum. There are bike rentals and tour shops very close by. The bed is comfortable.

A bit noisy in evenings from the square below
