This apartment is in an excellent position for the main strip with all the shops bars and eatery’s and for all the beaches, plus if there is a problem it is dealt with curtesy and efficiency.

Apartment is situated centrally for shops, pubs, restaurants, bike hire, and car hire, in fact, everything you could want for the perfect holiday. Inside it is immaculate with great veranda and spectacular sea views.

We stayed at Estelai for 2 weeks in February. The apartment was even better than the pictures with the most amazing view. It is centrally located in Puerto Del Carmen but is a little oasis of peace. Check in was great and done the day after we arrived. Echedey also went through instruction for using the tv, cooker and washing machine. Having Netflix was a bonus as was the welcome pack and binoculars. The shower was great with plenty of powerful hot water. We had an excellent stay with many hours spent on the very private and sunny balcony watching the swimmers and the locals fishing. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful apartment and using the fantastic service of Buena villa who were available by phone at any point.

Fantastic view of the ocean. Beautiful apartment done to a very high standard. Large shower and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Only let down was No air-conditioning, there was a Large fan,but this just wasn't enough for the heat of 29'" in September. We were bitten by the dreaded mosquitoes for a few nights. On the whole a very nice apartment.

Estelai has the best view in Puerto del Carmen, location is also excellent, the apartment has everything you need and is very clean. Will definitely be back..

We (2 adults) enjoyed this appartement a lot during our one week holiday at Lanzarote. Everything was perfect: organization and contact to Manuel was very friendly and professional. Appartement is in very good condition and you do not miss anything. But the best for sure is sitting outside for sunset and enjoy the wonderful view over sea, beach and to southern Lanzarote and Fuerteventura! We loved it. Good restaurants are not far away, also a supermarket. We will definitely come back someday. Marc & Maria

Schöne Sicht auf Meer, Ort und Landschaft. Von dort gute Verbindungen/ Erreichbarkeit. Ausstattung gut, sollte aber ergänzt werden im Sinne von Preis-Leistung. Gute Betreuung und Erreichbarkeit der Mitarbeiter. Etwas hellhörig, wenn Nachbarapartment belegt ist. Wegen der spektakulären Terrassenlage, der Betreuung und Sauberkeit für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Mitten im aktuell ruhigen, sonst aber bestimmt trubeligen Geschehen mit Shops, Sportbars, Restaurants.

Great apartment, sea views amazing, the best place in the world, Lanzarote is pretty COVID free only 68 cases, 1 in hospital, police really strict on mask wearing masks, bars really strict on hand sanitizers, lovely weather, law and order in the island is strict bad behaviour is not tolerated, great airport.

Magnificent flat very well equipped with fantastic sea view terrace. Situated in a small rocky bay with a succession of mini sandy beaches. Just go down the stairs for a swim! Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Note: Very pleasant and helpful rental agency. The only drawback is the absence of shutters...

Excellent equipped apartment with stunning views from the corner balcony-probably one of the best on the island. The agents BuenaVilla were tremendous and were particularly helpful to us during the coronavirus outbreak. The addition of Netfix was a bonus for the occasional night in.The only negatives which prevented us from giving a 5 star rating was the lack of a safe which meant carrying passports and money around with us and although located in an excellent position we were kept awake by a noisy nearby bar.

A really nice, modern, beautiful appartment with a lot of extras. And that is only the beginning. The view from the big balcony over the Atlantic Ocean is stunnig. .Beaches are just in front of you and if you want to dine or take a coffee or a drink you have plenty of opportunities just outside of the appartment. Supermarkets and other Shops are just as close. Puerto del Carmen has a lot to offer for tourists but you can also enjoy local specialities. The same Counts for the entire Lanzarote if you are interested to take some trips. And above all you have the Pearl - the appartment -. The house the fantastic appartment is located in may be a Little old and Needs some Attention but that should not distract anybody. Enjoy.

The apartment is well situated and close to all amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. A great view from the balcony of the apartment. The location of the apartment is at the beginning of the promenade of the center of Puerto del Carmen.

Extremely smart modern apartment. Perfect location for bars, restaurants, shops, walking and cycling but also so peaceful. The balcony is just beyond amazing, large with fabulous sea and mountain views but best of all, it is on the coast line, right above the rocks/sand so you can hear the ocean.

My stay at Estelai was everything and more than I expected. The facilities available in the apartment were first rate. The balcony and views were stunning, the level of furnishings excellent, wifi seemless and the arrival arrangements simple and straight forward. The location was perfect, near several beaches and yards from amazing restaurants and bars. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Estelai has an incredible view in the balcony, great to sit outside and enjoy breakfast or lunch, it's very clean and in a great location, Manuel and Alvaro that we met were very helpful. Having Netflix on the TV was great when you want a break from the sun. Slight problem with electrics sometimes, had to throw switch on fuse box once or twice. Would definitely stay again and would be hard to top the view from the balcony somewhere else.

On arrival we were greeted by Alvaro who in a very professional manner (without being over bearing) made us feel very welcome and gave us a very helpful you're of the beautiful apartment with the simply stunning sea view. My wife and I were very comfortable staying there and only on one evening did we feel that air-conditioning would have been helpful - we were provided with an additional fan which we hardly used as the bedroom most nights was no more than 23C if you keep the property well ventilated during the day. We would definitely return to Estelai and would be happy to recommend it and your company. Robert and Irene Milne

Excellent position and location the apartment was very well equipped with everything you need, home from home, there were a couple of issues that would make future residents more comfortable and that the TV only had Spanish channels at least on English Channel would be nice, plus a blind over the TV window would stop the glare from the sun in the evening when sitting on the sofa, safety stickers on the patio window to stop people walking into the patio glass door (which my wife did on a couple of occasions) the electricity supply was a little suspect at fist but after contacting the agent it was soon remedied and lastly the creaky bed was a little annoying as on most occasions when moving in the bed it creaked (most probably has seen a lot of action in it’s lifetime).

For my wife and I, this apartment was exactly what we were looking for. A sea view to die for from the living room/balcony. Modern kitchen (if you wanted it, but you are a two minute walk from as many dining places of every variety as you could want), lovely big shower in the shower/toilet room (no privacy glass in the window which was a bit odd - we just hung a towel across it), nice bedroom with ample storage (I`m 16 stone, so the bed did creak a bit under the load). No real negatives, but plenty positives!!!!! I would certainly use this accommodation again if I were to visit the area. ChrisG46

Stayed for 11 nights. The apartment is clean , very conveniently located, amazing views, well kitted out with all necessary living essentials. Netflix and wide range of tv channels, adequate WiFi. I’ve been to Lanzarote five times and have stayed in good quality hotels and apartments but this has been the best experience to date. Noreen

Had an absolutely amazing holiday, from the start until the end totally flawless. The management team were brilliant and were there to help and give you good tips about the local area. The apartment was stunning and spotlessly clean. The only criticism we had was that the apartment could do with air conditioning being fitted. Apart from that we would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning.
