This hotel exceeded my expectations .The food was fantastic, the rooms were quite luxurious and comfortable. There were many pools and they were very clean. I hope to come back next year because I will not change it as a hotel. The rooms look fixed just like in the pictures that are in this app. Best Regards 🥰

Nooooothing.

Our favourite hotel in Maspalomas. Stayed 10+ times and only gets better. Nothing is too much for any of the staff and always very helpful. Rooms are excellent and spacious. Pools are amazing. Breakfast and Dinner are fantastic, I really don't think you could want anything more from a buffet.

Music around terrace area a little loud during the day.

One of my most favourite hotels 👍 Location by the sea, tasty seasonal food, pool areas with lots of shadows and activities - (almost) everything was superb, will definitely come again 👌

Air-condition was not working properly, the minimum temperature was set to 22’C, so I couldn’t sleep at all 😔 Next time I will skip for summer months and arrive off season, when A/C is not that desperately needed

they should have more varieties of draught beer available. checkout queue was long and slow …

The location is perfect and the buffet food while a little crowded was good.

The food and drinks by the pool were very poor and there were long waits at the reception.

The communal areas in the hotel are stunning. We have been to Gran Canaria a few times and the look of the hotel massively attracted us to booking it this time. It smells amazing everywhere you go. The hotel is very clean including pools and outdoor areas, it is kept immaculate by a huge team of staff. The gym has fantastic equipment and plenty of space to workout. Cafe del Mar is brilliant and the fact their performers do a show in the hotel is wonderful. The atmosphere was fantastic!

The towels are horrible - small and cheap. The food is definitely not 5*, it's ok but nothing special. We've stayed in other 3 and 4* Lopesan hotels on the island and the food is the same - nice enough but this was not special. No coffee machine or even coffee in the room - this is available at much cheaper Lopesan resorts so not sure why here there isn't the facility. The rooms are ok, although very clean and the cleaners are wonderful, they are really basic for the amount of money you pay. Nothing other than buffet is included in half board, despite what the Lopesan website states - must only be if you book direct with them. You need to opt for an upgraded version of HB to get any a la carte experiences. Check in took over an hour (with no queue) due to staff not being trained on a new system prior to the launch, just seemed unprofessional for a signature hotel. Too many sunbeds crammed into spaces around the pools, it was really difficult to fit our child in anywhere as loungers were all touching each other. Don't get me wrong, this hotel is nice enough but it's not worth the money it costs compared to other Lopesan options in my opinion.

Good position for everything else. beautiful pools and surrounding areas, lobby and grounds lovely. good idea with room key on wrist band.

Not offering hot drinks at evening meal in the price. not offering water free. no nice toiletries in rooms, not 5* standard not 5* food at all, mostly cold, not enjoyable. too many unique areas with no one in. took over an hour to check in, using new system that no one was trained on. no explanation on anything when checked in on where things were, breakfast times, anything! no iron and ironing board in room water in room not replenished after day one air con poor

immaculate throughout, staff extremely helpful and polite. Range and quality of food excellent

although beverage making facilities are provided in the rooms it would be better if coffee was also available, not everyone drinks tea. the room beverages tray was not replenished without a request being made.

Everything was great and enjoyed my stay here. Great staff everyone very polite and helpful. Irene was great the reception checkin, as the resort was great she gave us a map and also offered us some welcome drinks. Alex was also amazing with great customer service !!! Our maid Mayuba was 10/10 cleaning twice a day and leaving everything spotless ! Going above and beyond and trying to help us even with our limited spanish hahaha

A bit too expensive for beers as it was about 5 euroes for half a pint, however this would be the only thing that was not 10/10

Breakfast food was ok but the size of the operation and the crowded, dark, windy and cold food court made the breakfast look like a crazy drive through

At check in they offered me a room (expensive and paid) with a view to the garbage loading bay. Later changed but no excuse offered. Breakfast food is good but the experience is poor. Marketing the hotel as luxury with 6 pools some heated makes you pay the price. When you reach the hotel you are already mislead to say it nicely. 2 pools are off limits or for extra charges . 2 are very cold and one is a little warmer and crowded because most of the kids come here. Finally the 6 th I couldn’t find. Italian restaurant sells a pizza that doesn’t belong there. Room was cold! Chilling! The concierge kept me waiting the ordered and prepaid transfer taxi to the airport until something happened ( his preferred driver came or something like that) Initially he was friendly then he said the reception didn’t call him to confirm and then when things heated up he found a guy in 1 minute ( no call in between) Kept me 15 minutes over the ordered time. Looked like doing own agenda. He had a long line of taxi available at any time.

The cleanliness, grounds and location. the property is meticulously maintained - a joy!

This was our second visit to Lopesan and we will return. This is a 5 star property but sadly the food and dining experience are inferior. The queuing, linear system is dreadful - food is cold and tasteless. We took the half board option, as our past experience was really pleasant but would not do so in the future. We went elsewhere on one evening just to have a pleasant dinner. No fresh orange juice, pre- portioned dishes, limited cheese, insipid food and regrettably staff consumed with clearing tables - so no engagement. Not once during our ten days were we engaged in conversation, wished a good day, thanked. We feel that quality has been sacrificed for quantity. However, the hotel itself is just beautiful and the cleaners and groundskeepers are the real heroes.

Fabulous Hotel, friendly staff who were excellent at their job, nothing was a problem, variety of restaurants both in the hotel and just outside of it & location.

not a lot to be honest, to big, to many people, loved the spa however

to big, cold breakfasts as its sitting out, to many people pushing, reminded me why i dont like cruise boats. cant get booked into the restaurants, we were staying at the weekend and everyone had obviously pre booked.
