hotel con buena ubicación en Comillas caminando a 10 minutos del centro, a la playa un poco más retirado por lo que mejor ir en coche. Gran desayuno buffet con todo tipo de salados, frutas, productos regionales, bollería, zumo natural.
Buenas vistas al mar y montañas. Personal agradable en restaurante, recepción, y limpieza. Piscina climatizada.
Hotel muy tranquilo para relajarte.
Nos asignaron una habitación en la que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y al ser domingo no había nadie de mantenimiento, por lo que solicité un cambio de habitación, que nos permitieron realizar al día siguiente. El agua de la ducha sale con poco caudal y alterna chorros fríos y calientes, en las dos habitaciones que estuve tanto en planta baja como primera.
Parking libre en la calle escaso algunos días, pero se puede utilizar parking del hotel de pago.

presión del agua un poco justa en la ducha. sería conveniente que el gimnasio abriera antes para poder utilizarlo antes del desayuno. lo demás perfecto.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Plentiful breakfast and lovely walks into the historic centre of town.
Unfortunately opted for a meal at the hotel the last evening which was a disappointment and quite pricey - especially compared to the rest of the meals we had in Spain.
And, the water pressure of the shower was very low … breakfast, comfort of beds and location made up for this

Lovely Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised! Rooms are very spacious and bright. Bathroom has great shampoo and shower gel. Parking easy and for free right outside the Hotel :)

Quiet situation within easy walking distance of Comillas town and the beach. Our room had a lovely view over the golf course and to the sea.
The breakfast offered was good, (great tortilla);however the layout of the buffet in one corner meant that it was a bit crowded even though there weren't that many eating at the same time as us.

Totally overpriced hotel. Breakfast does not correspond the value with minimal things, eggs and sausages totally horrible! The cuisine at the restaurant bad although the waiters were super nice. The room is only with bed and table. No kettle to boil water if you want tea. Only one key from the hotel is given, which is super uncomfortable. In the room the socket was also broken so when I put my phone charging at night, in the morning it was still discharged. Complete disappointment!!!

catering delivery was poor. For example this was not organised with regard to having breakfast with a large group of children who should have had a separate breakfast buffet. A profound and disappointing failure of customer service and leadership.
