Terrible experience we will never came back.Was our first wedding anniversary and such disappointment.Staff have no clue what time and if bar will be open.We booked dinner in restaurant as we been told we need to as will be pack so if we lije to eat somewhere else and came back for drink no chance as would be so busy. Wasn't busy at all in fact was so quiet most tables was empty dinner was disgusting we take most expensive dish from menu tell waiter exactly how we like the meat to be cooked in the end we didn't even heard sorry.As I mention earlier was our wedding anniversary was hoping for a granulation cardor some nice gesture as that's what good hotel do again nothing.Whsn I told receptionist about it she didn't seemed bothered.Verry poor and not recoment this place.Awful stay.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, very good restaurant and breakfast. Large rooms ideal for families. Very nice pool and spa area.

The staff was as briliant as always. Smiling, polite, helpful. The chef prepared takeaway sandwich for me because I was leaving in the early morning. Thank you once again.

Great comfort, amazing scenery, extremely friendly staff, spa zone on great level, food is on top level class.
