Great location, large room, clean...

Carpets may need replacing. Would be cool to have electronic locks. Internet filters everything including VPN sites.

The room is comfortable and neat, the restaurant is great, and the stuff is amazing. Perfect example of southern hospitality. Although every contact with stuff members went smoothly, I was blown away by Nina and Dragana at reception and Aleksandar at the restaurant.

The hotel is in the city centre. The food from the á la carte is good.

Only few parking lot belongs to the hotel (5 pcs). These are 200-250m far from the hotel. The hotel’s aircirculation system is very noisy and it can be heard all the time. The thermostat was switched off in the hotel room! Because of the high frequency you cannot sleep without earplugs. If somebody does not used to it, the staying will not comfortable. The problem handling of the hotel is 5* because they offered me to move to the apartman without any additional cost but unfortunately the noise was constant. The only positive things was that the bedroom was farther from the wall where the noise came from than in the standard room.

The Restaurant Staff is ready to help you with all the requests. Reception is perfect. The girls from reception are understanding and helping with the connections and the help in any problem.

The parking is 50m from the hotel, however it is free. In case of there is no place, you can park in the public parking and the hotel is paying the day of the parking.
